Security & Access Problems
• Elevators frequently break down, creating major inconvenience
• Building 5's side door has been broken for nearly a year, allowing anyone to enter the building without a key fob
• Gate access is unreliable - gates often are broke resulting in being placed in the open position 24/7
• Management recently shared security footage of unauthorized building access
Service Inconsistencies
• Valet trash pickup is unpredictable, sometimes skipping days without notice
• Mailroom location confuses delivery drivers, resulting in misplaced packages

Could be a good place to stay however minor this prevent this. The trash situation is terrible and they don’t keep up with the dumpsters so there is always overflowing trash which causes animals to dig through trash at night. I’ve seen possums and raccoons. The mail situation is insane. The drivers for ups and fedex need a key to get in so if it’s after office hours they can’t deliver and your packs gets returned to sender. Some companies have regular people in their regular cars delivering so no telling what they do with your package. The people that live here are nasty and don’t clean up after their pets, and from my experience the management isn’t gonna do anything about it.

I moved here in 2024 and though every complex has its own challenges, I must say I genuinely love living here.
I have felt very safe and anything needing maintenance has been dealt with swiftly. The office staff are genuinely so helpful too.
There were some hiccups with internal communication, but they are eager to resolve them and help! The new management has been helpful in cleaning up the comms as well.
Shoutout to Joel for practicing great management skills and continuing to improve the resident experience here!

From the moment I contacted Everra Leasing Staff by phone to inquire about leasing information, I was greeted by Miss Alexzandria as she instantly made me feel Welcomed by her enthusiasm to go over Floor plans/pricing etc. Miss Alexzandria characteristics exuded such Pleasantly Passion behind her knowledge to engage thoroughly by addressing what I was looking for as far as Pricing/Floor Plans. She instantly invited me to come into the Office to take a tour, and informed me that I will be taking a tour with Miss Alandra. She went in depth about what to expect from Miss Alandra, stating that she is Amazing & very Knowledgable and will be able to help me out by conducting a Property Tour with Hopes to move forward with the application process same day. This was not just talking, this in fact was ALL TRUE! I traveled into the Office at Everra first thing in the morning, and I was greeted by Miss Alandra! She greeted me with such Enthusiasm & such a Pleasant inviting character, instantly it made me feel that I made the right choice by traveling into the Leasing Office. I carefully explained to Miss Alandra about my conversation with Miss Alexzandria the day before, and she instantly went to work notating the Pricing/ Floor Plan I was interested in. Immediately she conducted a tour of the property with me. As I was viewing the Leasing Office & Amenities, I was intrigued by the immaculate aesthetic and was met with such cleanliness, freshness & purity that is exuded. I then, was able to tour the Floor Plan that I was interested in. The exact way the Property Photos online that are published, is the same exact way it is in person presented, even a 100 times better! Miss Alandra was so knowledgable about the Property, and made me feel as if I was already a resident by her Charming & Inviting character as that made me feel so comfortable on the tour! The unit was so clean that it looked like no one has ever resided in the unit before! I was then led back to the Leasing Office with Miss Alandra, and instantly I could not resist of putting in my application. As I was putting in my application I was met by Miss Alexzandria that I spoke to on the phone, and she greeted me, even remembering that she spoke with me on the phone the day prior. That says a lot being that Leasing Staffs can tend to be busy seeing so many people a day & processing Applications working with tenants etc. I then sucessfully submitted my application, and was informed by Miss Alandra that I should be able to hear something back soon. She even invited me to lounge in the Leasing area if I wanted even stating to me that I was able to use the Study Lounge if needed while I waited. I informed her I was going travel to grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant and will be back to check on the status of everything. I received a call from Miss Alandra while at a nearby restaurant and she stated that my application was successfully Submitted & Approved! Just as Miss Alandra stated to me was exactly the service that I received! I know this review may be quite lengthy, but I truly want potential residents to understand the in-depth experience I received which was TOP TIER, and I do not regret my choice by choosing to reside at Everra Midtown! If you are a prospective tenant looking for a Property to lease with please, please, PLEASE look NO FURTHER! Everra Midtown delivers with DELIGHT! I have lived here for 15 months and I would be safer living under a highway bridge. I had my van's catalytic converter stolen twice and the property did nothing about it. I had my storage unit robbed as well. I believe the property management replaced the lock on my storage unit as my current key doesn't work on it. I spoke to one of the apartment tenants on the first floor and they mentioned it was a weekly occurrence. The community gates are always open and anyone can enter the complex. We receive emails from the property management of theft all the time. I have received 3 emails this month alone of different strangers stealing mail, property equipment, and other things. This is a terrible building to live in and whenever you hold someone accountable they give you the "There is nothing we can do about it, file a police claim" response. I would recommend living elsewhere, please save yourself the headache and safety.
