I have been living at Dwell for about 8 months and love it. Maintenance is fast and office staff is always professional and helpful with any questions. The pool area and amenities are always clean and the complex is maintained well. Have not had any issues thus far.

It's hot. Maintenance (Armando) has been friendly and helpful and seems to have done everything in his power to fix the existing air conditioner. The office, however, really doesn't care at all. While the main AC unit was down, I was given a window unit. After the main unit was fixed and it still could not keep the apartment cool, I thought they left the window unit with me to help keep cool. However, it turns out they had just forgotten about it and removed it when they found out so now it is back to being extremely hot. I've been in the office three times but they've only followed up to either 1. take the window AC unit away or 2. ask for proof of my electricity bill. Along with the heat, a neighbor's smoke somehow ends up inside of my apartment on weekends. I'll have multiple air purifiers going full blast but it doesn't help much. Anyway, on a hot day (all summer) the inside peaks somewhere around 83 degrees and the AC runs continuously until the following morning. I have installed heat blocking and blackout curtains which may help a little. I turn the thermostat up to 75 during the day and don't mind it a little warm but I do mind at night. It will be around 80 degrees inside of the apartment at 10:30 PM that night and its still 76 degrees at 1:30 AM.

I’ve lived here since 2016 and it has truly felt like home. The staff in the management office are mostly friendly and approachable. The current Assistant Community Manager, Ms. Lili Parker, is especially nice, professional, easy to work with, and overall wonderful.
The property itself has a lot to like — a nice swimming pool, a great location just off Highway 281, and grocery stores nearby which makes life convenient. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and would recommend it to anyone.

if i could leave 0 stars i would! at the beginning of my lease things were fine, then the staffing changed in the front office and ever since has been horrible. In August of 24, we had put in a work order for a leak because our shower was leaking. All armando did was caulk over the shower, but never look for the actual problem. fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, we had put in multiple requests over the months and finally, we pick up our bathmat, and there is mold all over the bottom of it. I put in a request and state that there is mold, and guess what happens, maintenance comes and just re-caulks the shower. It had continue to leak and I had already spoken to the leasing office about this, so I decided to exercise my rights and terminate my lease with no fee and a portion of my security deposit back, and only after sending that email did they actually come and look at our shower to find the leak with the leasing manager. I wasnt at home when they came in, but she had sent an email prior (Monique) saying that they were in my apartment and saw no mold and cut a hole in my ceiling, when they never did, and later she admits that the email that we received was in regards to another apartment. Then, Armando admits that all he had done was re-caulk the shower and she admitted to that she noticed that this was a regular thing he did throughout the complex. she then offered us a gift card to replace our moldy mat and said “get yall something nice”. They are not letting us out of our apartment because they said the leak was caused by us putting a different shower head in our shower, but i guess the shower walls arent supposed to keep water in, so its our fault that we put in a new shower head that points into our shower (we put the shower head on in December, our shower had been leaking since August). on top of all that, they told us we dont have mold but upon todays findings, we found silverfish (which eat on mold). DO NOT move into this place!!! also, before this i had never spoken with Monique, but the rest of the leasing staff are so rude and dont think of their tenants as people, just as bodies who pay them. also our toilet flooded (not because of us lol) and it took them days to come and fix it, and when they finally did, this is what my bathroom looked like

Great experience here. All of the apartments they just try to rip you off but here, Jessica at the front office is always friendly, professional, and super helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist with any issue and makes living here a lot easier. Great service every time!
