Omg I don’t even know where to start. Since the beginning of my lease, the microwave did not work. It seemed that it short circuited and it wouldn’t turn on. We requested for a new one, the office repeatedly told us that they were ordering it. Time passed and we would go back again in regards to it, nothing, a year passed and we NEVER received it. We got tired of waiting in the first few weeks we had to buy our own. The closets were falling apart it seemed that they are so old and not updated it kept falling off its hinges. We wrote maintenance requests several times, and they either take forever to fix one thing or time passes and they deliberately DELETE the work order. The pool was closed almost throughout the summer. Everything kept falling apart and I made sure to take pictures of everything that was wrong before we even moved in in case they try to pull the “damages” card. So, we moved out and we paid our last month’s rent; they did not explain to us about any other fees that were owed. We left the place clean, we returned the keys, and thought that was the end of it. WRONG! Now they contacted us like two weeks after we moved out saying that we owe them money. My fiancé went to the office to ask what this was even about, they told us it was due to utility fees. Fine, it was around 180 something I don’t even remember. Now, we received ANOTHER email saying that we owe $300+ for damages??? Damages that YOU all never even fixed or bothered to look at. I added a couple photos for reference. As far as the utility fees, you could’ve told us ahead of time or included it in our last month’s rent. But all of a sudden these hidden fees appeared AFTER we moved out and gave you back the keys. The office staff is careless, maintenance is useless, and they charge for hidden fees without any communication beforehand. Do not move here, it is NOT worth it and not worth your money. If you do, good luck dealing with slow maintenance and a careless office staff.

If you have any other choice, please move elsewhere. From the very day I have moved here, there has been problem after problem. Mistake after mistake. When I first applied, there was another lady working in the office who was very rude and nasty to me on multiple occasions and it took for me to reach out to the Property Management for anything to be done because the manager, Manny, didn’t have a care in the world. I watched them sit back and laugh right after I reported to her I was being mistreated by her employees. I’ve had poop in my tub, went a month without a dishwasher and hot water, now my air isn’t blowing. It stops working throughout the day leaving my apartment 80+ degrees all day and all night. It gets cold only around 4am-9am and it’s back to being a damn sauna in here. I’m 8 months pregnant with a toddler. Manny’s excuse for the slow work is “I’m short staffed on maintenance”. But if I threaten to call code compliance or reach out to the property management, something gets done the same exact day. I just went to the office and watched the lady who works in the office decline calls to answer her personal cell phone (which I have recorded). I called 12 times TODAY alone to fix my air, just for me to go in the office and see Manny just sitting there. When I finally do speak with the agent in the office she says “oh you’re 2208. He said he just fixed it” after I watched maintenance sit on his phone next to my apartment not doing anything. I asked her what was done. She says she doesn’t know but he said it’s fixed. How could you fix the air without even coming inside to see exactly what’s wrong? Oh let’s not mention the fact that the water bill changes monthly after Manny said that it was a set price. So now the rent is all over the place. $200+ than what we agreed upon. Don’t move here. Very unprofessional staff. You will never live peacefully in these apartments because there is literally always a problem.

I hope this message finds you well. I have reached out to the property manager, to formally request a letter of recommendation or a tenancy verification letter regarding my time as a resident at your property; without success.
As the ownership of the property has recently changed, I wanted to ensure that I have proper documentation of my rental history for my records and any future housing opportunities.
If there are any fees or processes I need to complete in order to receive this letter, please let me know and I will be happy to cooperate.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
I'm reaching out on this platform because i have not been successful in obtaining any documents from this property and I'm needed then desperately to secure occupancy.
I would appreciate if you will kindly respond to my message. I need help in obtaining those documents so that I could secure occupancy as soon as possible.

Their maintenance anyway, how can one deem something an emergency then not come to aid of that emergency, I’ve been waiting since 5pm (it’s now 2am) on someone to come make this toilet useable, it’s been clogging up since the first day but I would just plunge it but now it’s so bad 2 plungers won’t do it,. No one has even attempted to call me back, they keep letting an AI do their job. I wonder how they expect me to use the restroom, I wonder how fast they would get here if there was any other major emergency. Update: someone came the next morning then they followed up with another a couple days later and now all is well. I still feel as if they should have a maintenance on call that actually shows up after hours.

1 Year of Renting/Young Married Couple Review-
For the most part friendly staff, on edge though because of the crime locally, and just the complaints they get probably about the conditions of the apartments. Conditions - Mold in ceiling above shower, water cleanliness and water leakage in ceiling. Complaints- Maintenance consistency was always an issue, not to mention they never called before stopping in when we requested it. Last, we had a bill that I tried paying upon our leave at least 3 weeks in a row, and they kept saying they were fixing their payment system. Never heard back, and had the bill sent to collections. When I always paid on time!
Positives- Near to Downtown Dallas and Arlington for entertainment. Again staff was always friendly and seemed to care. Cost wasn’t really too bad…minus the conditions and complaints.
