I have lived here over 3 years and there have been changes from management, I have had this problem with my A C since the previous management now it happened again when the problem started I let them know and it has been 45 days and they still do not fix it. Today they told me that it is missing a piece and that the delivery arrives tomorrow. I literally gave them 45 days and now I have to sleep in the living room with a portable fan and my apartment is 85 degrees

I recently moved out of a 3 bed 2 bath unit at the beginning of May 2025. I leased for a full year and at first it was a great first apartment. Maintenance team would come three days after I submitted the request and fix it up pretty quick. Half way through my lease, my catalytic converter was stolen right in front of my unit. I went to go report it to the front office and they said that they could not do anything. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broken and stay open. Also, I was on the first floor and each time there was a storm, my apartment would flood with water. None of my doors and windows were sealed correctly so many bugs and dirt would come in. The trash compactor was always filled to the brim with trash and made the community look unpleasant. The pool was almost always closed due to "maintenance." The only some what nice amenity that was able to be used was the gym. Going outside of my door I never had a smile on my face because of how poorly maintained the complex was. The roofs have been damaged and have been a work in progress for about 4 months which makes the complex look even more unpleasant. I would be careful in where you park because of how tight the spaces are. Also, if there is a storm I would not park underneath the car ports because they seem to collapse after a bit of strong wind. From my year living here I saw about 4 car ports collapse onto cars.
In conclusion, I think it is a good first apartment for its price and location off of the highway, but there are a lot of things that the new management team have to take care of and it seems that it is going to take quite a while.

Just wanted to share the experience I had with the new maintenance man that came here to Creekside 121 with the new management company. His name is Henry. This is a problem I’ve been dealing with since I moved here and I have just been ignored. My A/C in front room/office wasn’t cooling. First thing Henry did was come in here and clean out the master vents. This has not been done ever when I had complained about this previously. Henry, thank you for helping me with this. You really are a rock star!! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain and show pictures of what he cleaned out of the vents that was blocking air flow. It is so refreshing when someone truly values their work and relationship with tenants. Kudos to you, Henry!! Thank you so much!
