Frustrating Move-In Experience & Ongoing Problems with no real solutions.
I wish I could rate our move-in experience lower than one star. My wife and I moved in just a month ago, and from the very start, it’s been a nonstop series of problems.
When we arrived, neither the toilet nor the air conditioning worked. We had no AC for the entire weekend. Management didn't have time to do a proper walkthrough and check everything before we could move in so i had to do it myself.
The refrigerator had a horrible smell and wasn't replaced for over a week so we had to throw out food and rely on takeout the whole time.
Both the washer and dryer were defective. The dryer dripped either oil or grease and damaged multiple new items, including clothes and bed linens. Despite reporting it, I still haven’t been compensated or taken seriously. We got replacements for dryer and washer and the issue stopped but according to them "there's no way they can confirm that the grease originated from their appliances".
The garage was a mess, with trash, sharp screws on the ground, and a toy cart that created a tripping hazard. I also wasn’t given a key when I moved in.
The apartment itself was dirty. We ended up spending two full days deep-cleaning it on our own.
I’ve seen roaches in the unit, even after pest control visited. They offer a clean out but in order to do that we have to take our pet and ourselves out for a few hours but that means we have to miss a day of work and come back home and wash and clean counters and dishes because whatever they will spray can get us sick.
Key cards to the main gates haven't function since day one but if you lose them they will charge $100 per keycard.
We've reported everything clearly and respectfully from the beginning. After weeks of back-and-forth, emails and calls, we were finally offered a transfer to a different unit — but only after dealing with all this stress, financial loss, and damage to our belongings. Management has refused to acknowledge the full extent of the situation or offer any real support.
This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We've made every effort to be understanding and professional, but the lack of accountability from management has been extremely disappointing.
If you’re considering moving here, inspect everything carefully and don’t assume help will be there if issues come up.

If I could give less than 1 star for the move-in experience, I would. My husband and I moved into our unit just a few weeks ago, and since day one, it’s been one issue after another.
• The toilet and air conditioning didn’t work when we moved in. We were left without AC all weekend.
• The fridge smelled awful and took over a week to be replaced — I had to throw away groceries and spend money on takeout.
• The washer and dryer were also faulty. The dryer burned and stained several brand-new sheets and clothes. I still haven’t been compensated or taken seriously about that damage.
• The garage was full of trash, sharp screws, and a hidden tow cart that was a safety hazard. I wasn’t even given a key at first.
• The apartment was filthy on move-in — I spent two full days cleaning it myself.
• I’ve also seen roaches inside the apartment, even after pest control.
• On top of all that, the key cards still don’t work properly.
After reporting everything calmly and repeatedly, they’ve now offered to transfer me to a different unit — but only after weeks of stress, out-of-pocket expenses, and ruined belongings. They’ve refused to take responsibility for the damage and basically told me I’m on my own if I want further pest control.
It’s incredibly disappointing. I tried to be patient and professional throughout, but the response from management has felt passive and dismissive. Future renters — inspect everything closely before moving in, and don’t expect much support if things go wrong.

I called Constellation Ranch since I was searching for an apartment. My lease is expiring where I live. I had driven by and am impressed with the well kept appearance. I made an appointment and spoke with April. I had spoken to staff at many other complexes. April stood out as a highly skilled professional. She was friendly, personable, very honest, straightforward and open about pricing; which I found to be very refreshing and more rare to the industry. This is something I have not experienced with other complexes I visited. She went beyond answering all my questions and presented details that I will definitely need to know for a successful move. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not quite ready to move at this time; however I signed a shorter lease where I live and plan to come back to Constellation when my lease is up for renewal. As a result of April's presentation and after she took me on a tour of the Ranch, I was "sold" on the fact that it would be a great place to call home. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend Constellation Ranch. Take a look at all it has to offer!

Although I believe they tried, they can’t fix the issue where there is noise from AC unit in apt. this drives me crazy, keep me up and force to live in living room and don’t want to come back from work. A quiet room was the only major request when I moved in. Also It takes them one or two weeks to reply emails. And they make me to call their company to ask questions rather than making the call for you. Meanwhile, they hire people that told me “wrong information” and want me to pay the price of their own fault, I feel. This apt is nice in term of location and price, but I regret the decision to move in. I bet if my room is not this noisy, I would like my stay here. That’s why I have two stars here rather than one. Update: the noise is killing me. I would give zero star if I can
