Living at The Christopher has been great! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed with the level of service and the amenities offered. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Trinity, Brittany, Christian and Linsey are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any request. The few maintenance request I have had, all minor, were completed the same day and they were able to work around my dog too.
The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, and I love my large walk in closet. The views from my unit are spectacular, especially during sunset. The kitchen is huge and has a gas range which is cool but I rarely cook.
One of my favorite features of The Christopher is the pool area. The gym is nice too and I feel like offers more equipment because it is shared with the commercial tower so it also has locker rooms. The direct access to Tom Thumb is also a game changer and super easy!
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at The Christopher. It's more than just an apartment; it's a community where I feel valued and where I can truly enjoy the best that Dallas living has to offer. I would highly recommend The Christopher to anyone looking to be in Victory Park. As for people saying its too busy and loud, you live next to the arena and nightlife so it is bound to happen but I rarely hear anything from neighbors or happiest hour/Te Deseo. This is vibrant city living.

I lived at the Christopher for about a year and a half and broke my lease early. The contract that I signed for my lease stated I would have to pay 2 months rent which is reasonable for breaking the lease, but what they failed to mention is that it also has a 60 day notice BEFORE the 60 days worth of rent additional. So if you plan on canceling your lease at any time you’ll be completely screwed over on 4 months worth of rent which is easily $10k+ They don’t allow subleasing either so be careful when signing any documents without reading all of the fine print here.
When you put your deposit down for the apartment which is a few hundred dollars usually, the Christopher management team will completely screw you over on getting any of it back even when you pay for an extensive full cleaning crew to come the day of moving and you leave the place spotless with no previous pets or damages. I had tv holes filled in and one “oil mark” on a painted wall that needed to be re-painted. Even though repainting walls to touch up should be basic protocol.
I was told in person by Ahmad, the manger, I would get most of it back because there no issues besides that small oil stain and he completely lied. Without any additional communication I only received $42 back in a check in the mail to my new address. I have heard no response back since emailing about my complaint. Very upset with this entire process and do not recommend signing here unless you’re okay with blowing your money.

We have now lived at The Christopher for over 1.5 years and still very happy with our decision to make this our new home.
Both the office staff (especially Ashley) and maintenance team have been wonderful to work with. They made our transition an easy one.
We are both looking forward to continuing to explore what The Christopher and the neighborhood have to offer.

You should definitely live here ... if you like waiting for elevators! One is always broken. And there are only 3 for a huge building. What a mistake. One has been broken for months and months. You'd think the management would do more than just say "we've called the repair company". But no. So, prepare to wait and wait.

I lived here for a little less than 2 years. There is a lot of bad and I'm glad I left.
- Building materials are sub par. This isn't a fault of the current management team, it's a fault of the developer who went cheap. You WILL hear your neighbors and the outside. All. The. Time. There is zero sound proofing of units.
- Along the same lines as the first point, if you live on the north side of the building, God help you at night. Te Deseo absolutely blasts their music every night until 2 am, so I hope you like the same bass boosted Spanish songs played every night because you WILL hear it.
- Rent is insanely high compared to the build quality. You are absolutely overpaying if you live here.
- The "resident" garage is actually a public shared garage. Unless you pay an absurd fee for a private garage within, make sure you lock your car at all times because anyone can walk around the entire garage and theft absolutely will happen
- If you have noise complaints about your neighbors, good luck. The front office will no longer get involved. You're taking that up with the city directly.
- Based on the quality of residents I saw while I was there, you absolutely will be doing what I mentioned in the previous point. This place probably has an eviction rate in the teens if not higher because they don't care who they lease to
- On the plus side I will say at the time I lived there the office staff were at least nice (it's been a little while so I don't know if that's changed)
- The amenity deck is neat but boy howdy you're gonna pay a lot for it
- Surrounding area is nice and convenient
- Tunnel to Tom thumb is neat
I wouldn't say this is the worst place in the city to live, far from it. But if you choose to live here you are way over paying for the poorly orchestrated illusion of luxury.
