As much as I will miss Stephanie being in our office, she’s left us with Cole who is by far the most professional, personable and empathetic person I’ve ever had at any complex. As someone who has hired, trained and managed for several years in my own industry—He’s by FAR management material (I hope someone promotes him!!!) and has always been a delight to speak with regarding any concern or need with my apartment. He took my needs and concerns at face value, and his dedication to assisting me went far beyond what I expected. This year will be my second time renewing at this complex thanks to Cole and all of his help and support—and this complex saved my life a couple years ago when I moved in, I don’t know where I would be today without Champions! Love living here.

When I first moved in, the apartment was infested with roaches. After moving in, the management office became unresponsive to email inquiries and rarely answered the phone. The water takes forever to heat up, and when I put in a work order for no hot water, no one came out despite me calling about it. It also took a long time for pest control to address the issue.
The apartment layout is nice, but the management is very poor. Someone appeared to attempt to enter my home, acting as if they had keys and wiggling the door knob. They left as soon as they heard my dog. Later that night, I also noticed three men near my neighbor’s door who kept walking back and forth, seemingly scoping out the area.
This situation is very concerning, and nobody from management has reached out.

RUN! as far away as you can! I have lived here since jan 20,2024 and its been the absolute WORST nightmare I have ever had to endure with ANY apartment home and I have rented since i was 16! Plumbing issues since before I even moved in here back in jan.2024 Major pipes burst, water leaks from underneath the foundation, a faulty boiler. Maintenance told me no water heaters they just had a boiler & no ETR for fix.They still are having plumbing issues even as late as today September 12th 2024 {no notice & no water again all day repeat issue for 9 months!} They are constantly shutting the water off here so forget having water. Two of the swimming pools on the property were filled with algae and untreated during summer months. Access to the fitness facility and the laundry facility have been locked up and inaccessible for more than 2 months . . I took pictures and have documented every time I have spoken with the staff and leasing consultants, their names, dates, and times I spoke with them over the past 9 months Ive been here. I pay for pest control every month but have not gotten it even once in the 9 months ive been here! garbage disposal here is collectively $75 to $80 a month but the peopledon't pick it up after 6pm Sunday to Thursday. I complained many times before they didnt do anything. I recently went up to the office again this past week on september 6th to complain about the new parking rules they just put in place . Now every guest you have to come visit with you you must pay $6 a day or $180 a month for their parking and for each & every guest separately. I was confused about the app and asked the leasing agent angelina or Araslie about it. I simply told her out of my frustration after learning that this new fee was being imposed on me that I was NOT going to renew my lease and I had enough. that was it. I did not curse at anyone I was NOT disrespectful towards anyone - I was not being heard that my issues have been neglected and heck they know me by my first name because I'm up at the office every day! The assistant manager Stephanie Turk came out of her office and in a very retaliatory manner & attacked me personally saying " how dare you disrespect my leasing agent! I told her I was not being disrespectful but that my issues were not being addressed! I was shocked by the sheer unprofessionalism and because I said I was NOT renewing my lease!?? She acted like this was the first time she ever heard about my issues. what the heck lady?? I have been to the office for the past 9 months complaining !I was fed up and stormed out saying ok then you will be hearing from my lawyer then. She replied with a scoff and chuckle ok bring it on buddy our lawyers will be glad to talk with your lawyer! " Unbelievable! Instead of taking the opportunity to diffuse the situation she only threw fuel on top of the fire! I was beside myself with how I was treated!! everytime I submit a request for pest control and they just close it as worked but never treat! I have woken up at 3am to cockroaches and spiders crawling on my face , legs, and arms and have been stung both on my foot which turned black and is still healing and my eye which was swollen shut after having been bitten by what I dont know!(pictured)also. some other insect bit me leaving welps on my legs but im unsure what they were from. I took pictures of these things and documented it. I keep my place spic and span too! I have been up to the office almost on a daily basis to complain about these issues and I get blown off or told other residents who were on a waiting list for the pest control and the leasing agent showed me a folder with the list of residents . Still NO treatment! I reported the leaks and water issues with the city of dallas 311 code compliance and issues with my pest control with the Better business bureau , TAA, Texas department of urban housing and community affairs , and a lawyer, next the DA if ness. I have abt 3 months left on my lease and already gave written notice!

Horrible, horrible staff I have never lived in such a horrible place. I moved here from Seattle and have never Had to deal with such a horrible place . There has been no hot water in the unit since my duration of living here six months. They do have an Infestation of roaches.. Stephanie, the manager is completely incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and should be fired immediately for her lack of Professionalism. This so-called manager has zero accountability.Not sure how she was able to get a job here and I’m sure she lied on her résumé. She has disrespected numerous tenants.i Reached out to code compliance they turned up the water right before they came and turned it back down when they left Trying to save themselves .these Apartments are very ghetto people partying all night long leaving cars that don’t run in parking spot Weeks at a time. Hopefully, they will be facing a lawsuit soon. They even have mold. I highly highly recommend to not lease with this place. You will be completely disappointed and it will be a nightmare to get anything done.

This is a very realistic review of this place please do NOT get stuck here.
The rent price is not the same every month due to additional “gotcha” fees that are NOT stated in the lease agreement. Trash is NOT $10 it is $10 plus some type of “Texas Tax” making most of the total $60-$70. They never tell you about the tax.
The apartments all are infested with roaches. They charge you to deal with it. They make you empty everything to deal with it. They should make it complimentary seeing so many people complain but they want to make money off of you.
The water price is the SAME amount as the sewage price. So expect to be charged the amount of water twice. $30-$50 extra.
The staff here are terrible and racist as well. They will have a full house and not try and help you.
The gym is never accessible the key fob is always not working and you have to call them before you want to go to have it reset only if the manager is there.
If you are considering this place… Do not come here at all they do NOT care about you!! Its just about money.
