I hope my review stops at least one person from being taken advantage of. Don’t believe the good reviews, they make you write a nice review so you can get a discount on your first month’s rent. Do not move in here!!! They are rude, liars and they have horrible customer service. They over charge for their old raunchy apartments. They never fix anything and they overcharge for water as well. Ana is the worst manager. They don’t care about the tenants at all. I was here for a year and I am running now and going as far away as possible. The lack of professionalism from these people is astounding. They claim to have upgraded apartments which entail old crusty water logged cabinets. Black appliances. No microwave. We had to deal with roaches twice from the neighbors. Drafts in the old 1970’s windows. Your water bill will never be accurate or consistent. You will also have no water about once to twice a month if not more frequent. They always claim they are fixing a water leak and will not notify you ahead of time. The drafty windows will increase your energy bills. Forget about calling in an issue. The front desk will never send maintenance. Maintenance staff has changed three times in the year I was here. They are underworked and underpaid. They are the best part of carriage house. Hard working honest men. Cars will also run the risk of getting towed even if you pay for registering it in the visitors lot. It happened to me and several other neighbors. I was going to stay a month after my lease but they refused to give my husband a sticker for my car because they were requesting the old expired one. I had to leave the emergency room where I was with my daughter to be able to get the parking pass. There is no accountability on anyone’s part for miscommunication and rudeness. Not to mention that my pass expired on 02/02 and I have a lease until 02/28. The exercise room is a joke as is the pool, and the tennis court is literally falling apart. Save yourself the trouble, take your money elsewhere. I was new to the area and didn’t know any better.
