If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a resident here, and my car was towed from the apartment complex with NO WARNING at all. No notice, no email, no courtesy call--nothing. Apparently, customer service and common courtesy do not apply to management. When I contacted management, their response was basically, "Not our problem." They showed zero empathy, zero accountability, and even lied to me about their policies (which I confirmed was a lie with a member of the concierge team who was not privy to the situation) and had the gall to gaslight me by saying they were not lying.
This is not to mention the constant garage door malfunctions, persistent elevator outages, and weekly fire alarm false alarms. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. There are plenty of apartments in the area that treat their residents with respect and offer more for less.

Every person on the staff at Cantabria, whether in maintenance or the leasing office, is incredibly nice, helpful, and always goes above and beyond.

Easily the worst property management team I've ever had the displeasure of working with (Willow Bridge/LPSI).
2 months after moving in, our original unit flooded as a result of a burst pipe 6 floors above and the management team was zero help. Initially couldn't even get a response from them then, instead of helping us find another unit, they encouraged us to live elsewhere without providing any guidance/insights.
After living through the walls being ripped out of our first unit, 2 industrial dehumidifiers blasting 24/7 for a month, and the management team entering our unit at 2 in the morning during the workweek while we were sleeping (no, I’m not making this up), they finally "budged" and gave us another open 2B unit (that had been open the entire time). We had to pay for the movers ourselves, keep in mind none of this was caused by us.
Now, as a result of the management teams inability to secure the property my locked truck was stolen from the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Like with the last incident, the team hasn't responded to my last 4 emails (Shelly Varela is the manager, have literally never seen her in person as she hides in the office or is always on PTO, per her persistent OOO). Her boss, Michael Babineaux, is also unresponsive.
Additionally, my fiance and I discovered that another resident had his vehicle stolen from the 2nd floor of the parking garage and there was a series of break-ins on Floor 1.5 (~5-6 vehicles broken into).
Currently, you can access the entire building from any door inside the parking garage, which clearly isn't secure. They have yet to fix this and there's a saying circulating here.."if you think a door is locked, just push harder."
Update on the parking garage doors 06.2025: they’ve installed pin pads on all doors…can still push open the doors about 90% of the time. The “upgrades” quite literally did nothing.
The concierge and maintenance staff are the only value-adds at this facility. Based on my experiences plus the incessant construction (all the workers park on the street and you can’t see when pulling out onto most streets in the neighborhood) I highly recommend living elsewhere. I've legitimately lost thousands of dollars as a result of this lackluster management team.

Do not lease here they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign a lease. Elevator one has not worked in months. There’s a back elevator, that here and there sometimes won’t work so that leaves the residents of 9 floors to use just one elevator. The leasing managers will tell you it’s going to get fixed and never does. The AC Unit on the 9th floor did not work from June until the beginning of October. My ac unit went out 3-4 times and twice had to use the portable ac. The doors at the sky lounge are also broken. The door to the dog park is broken and people use rocks to keep it open so that means anyone can come through that door. The garage door is also broken every few months. I swear I think they rigged things up temporarily and then it breaks again. Everyone in this building is so frustrated how this building is not kept up. People are moving out right and left. Don’t believe them when they tell they’re going to renovate the building…it’s a lie!!! I don’t know if these are fake good reviews because this building is a joke
