Honest and best review possible as an unfortunate former tenant of 4 years with rent going from 800 to 1000+ for run down units, unless you have absolutely no other option , stray from leasing at these apartments unless you like living amongst roaches and mice. They do have pest services but when I had ADT camera services in my unit I watched as they came in opened cabinets and then left without spraying anything or even attempting to use their pesticides. Constant brown sticky tar that blows from the AC vents and requesting a filter change does nothing to fix that. At first there was no online maintenance service requests via the app they have now . Before calling the office was the only way to put in an order , I had a bad shower faucet that became loose and started to leak from the sides , took me a while to get them to come fix it and when they finally did they still didn’t do it right and left the job unfinished with a giant hole shown in photo below FOR 6 MONTHS , constant calling and bashing them to come fix it because roaches kept crawling through the space. Apart from that when they finally came , maintenance had the bad habit of leaving their trash behind , such as the piece of wood from inside the wall they took out and left in my room! Same with the dirty air filters just left them in my unit. Management will do anything they can to keep your deposit for cleaning and infestations that were already present prior to moving in. Which is crazy due to the fact most units still have 20-30 year old wood cabinets and stainless steel counter tops that are slowly deteriorating. They have changed rent paying apps 3 times since I’ve lived there , on one occasion trying to charge my brother rent again because they “couldn’t find proof of his payment for the last months rent before moving out and switching from “Zego” to “Active Building” , if it were not for his emails and confirmation screenshot they would have tried to collect on that. I could go on but all in all it would be best to stay away from this complex it’s not worth the stress. Honest review.
