Lived here just over a year. Facility was a nice location and maintained fairly well, but few issues from fire alarms going off in the middle of the night with no communication during the cold winter, police presence various times with the same generic “safety” email sent out, and was constantly surrounded by crazy construction at the time.
However, like other reviews say - you can leave your apartment almost spotless and they will find a way to charge you for absurd things after your lease is up. When you call no one will give you answer and they’ll refer you to the receivables department which will just get you voicemail machines. I tried for months and got no response until they eventually send it to a debt collector and try to force you to pay it. You can dispute the debt but they’ll still put the mark on your credit and keep you waiting while providing proof that doesn't make sense. It's a long process to ultimately force you pay and the front office only gives “apologies” because “the final accounts are not handled at a site level.” Really disappointed that the move out experience ruined what was a decent living experience.
Attached pictures is the state we left the apartment in and were charged for a full repaint of the apartment for $208 and a valet trash fee over $72 that I have still yet to understand. Make sure to request a final in person walk through with the manager upon move out to try to avoid this.

STAY AWAY. It saddens me to leave a poor review, but the way this apartment complex has repeatedly taken advantage of its residents at move-out must be addressed.
On the day we moved out, we were harassed by the property manager for using the elevator closest to our unit—even though it was just a few feet from our door! We were told we had to haul all of our belongings to the opposite side of the complex to use a different elevator, then carry everything across the street to the truck. This tripled the time it should have taken to move out.
In the two years we lived here, we saw many families use that same elevator to move in or out. We left our unit spotless and even had one of the office staff inspect it. She informed us that the only charge would be a carpet cleaning fee for one of the rooms.
However, when it came time to receive our deposit, we were not only denied the return of our $400 deposit, but also charged an additional $500 for a full carpet replacement, questionable cleaning fees, and an unexplained valet trash fee.
I was later informed that our unit was being completely remodeled after we moved out, so it’s clear these charges were unfairly imposed to offset their own renovation costs.
They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of so many families! This is a complete injustice, and we demand that the situation be rectified as soon as possible.

I resigned my lease the other day for a 3rd year at Trinity Residences. I absolutely love it here!! They are dog friendly and in the perfect location. You can walk outside and be right on the trinity river, which was my selling point. Angela, one of the leasing managers, has been here since I signed my lease 3 years ago and has always been kind and helpful. Staff responds back to emails in a timely fashion. They are great about updating residents when the office will be closed or about anything happening around the complex. I live on the East side and have the perfect view of downtown. The package delivery system requires packages either be placed in a locker or delivered to the office, which guarantees your packages will be safe. I think the fire alarm issue that many others talk about is an old and outdated issue. It happened twice back-to-back times in the past 2 years and they notified residences that it would be fixed. Haven’t had an issue since! My bathroom has a stand-up shower AND bathtub separate… how could I live anywhere else!? It’s spacious, friendly, and perfectly located!

Not a bad apartment complex at all. It is nice to be on the Trinity Trails and there is plenty right around the building. Maintenance was great and super helpful. The staff was pretty responsive. There were some serious safety issues and a lack of responsiveness for fixing community projects. Elevator was constantly broken, the gate to get into the garage was broken often, and there was a break in resulting in the police coming and breaking down the door to the trash chute. That was not fixed for 5 months and management never addressed the issue by checking in on the units near the incident. I was directly across from the incident, and I was disappointed management never reached out directly to insure the community was safe. The backdoor into the building was constantly broken making the building accessible to everyone even if the person did not have a key. Crazy things happen that apartments cannot control, but community safety was not always prioritized because doors to the building were constantly broken and the gate to get into the garage was broken often. The photos are of my two bedroom unit, which I enjoyed and overall had a decent experience.

Karli was my leasing agent and did an excellent job on only her second week on the job. (She'd had similar experience elsewhere.)
She was prompt, thorough, courteous and engaging without being pushy as other agents elsewhere were.
I took a half-star off because I experienced a delay in email communication with her and the rest of the office over the weekend after I saw the unit. Granted, it was a weekend, but I needed to make a decision and couldn't get answers.
That said, I am very pleased overall with the office's response and the quality of the living space and community offerings.
