The leasing office people don’t really know what they’re doing. The whole move out process was a nightmare due to the office people not being able to find my roommates paperwork. The apartments when we first got there had the “move-in special” or to put it bluntly white paint painted over hair, bugs, and lint. That was fine and all due to how cheap the prices are, but it’s the office charging random fees with move-out not being able to back up what they claim besides the drip-pans charging $55 which the ones they use are less than $20… so unless they are charging an additional $25 for the “manual labor” it takes to just take out drip pans and put new ones in then okay? But to charge an additional trash fee when that was charged in the beginning of the month with rent is so scummy. It’s not even the money being charged just the principal. Apartment is not worth it and the leasing office makes it even worse of a deal. Furthermore, the assistant manager had the worst attitude. She slammed the papers on her desk stating that “we were about to send you guys to collections” and seemed obviously bothered by us having questions about move-out concerns and charges. Literally, the only issue really has been the freaking leasing people. I don’t know if there’s positive reviews because people have only interacted with them when moving in, but the people in the office just aren’t nice or there during their business hours. That is the whole reason why we had to wait till the 30th day mark, this is just so sad.

This was my first apartment in the State of Texas. My experience here was a great experience because of the staff. They answered my questions and came we great solutions. The pool is very nice and the place is very green. However, my apartment had many roaches and despite having pest control come out. This place need to be fumigated. They said I had to pay extra to get rid of the roaches. Which I get however if have people who suppose to spray every Tuesday for the bugs there might be a bug problem that a tenant should not have to pay. Overall it was a great space and price for a one bedroom.

Cozy but upgrades are needed just to bring up to speed. Management is lax with keeping the grass and grounds pristine. Simple things like the bathroom and kitchen faucets need to be upgraded. Parking designation needs to be more defined and flooding happens due to poor drainage but overall still a great place to live.

Be prepared for your vehicle to be towed. Even if your not in violation. This place is a joke. They updated around back creek with plants and rock (like a french drain) for the new resiedence moving in. Never updated anything in the 15 months ive visited .You can have grills outside or tou will be fined. Looks can be deceiving. Do not mive here. 2 stores accross the street robbed and dead . Always carry, if you are walking in this area. Dont let uour girlfriend, wife, or children walk alone. Please tell me after 15 months how this is unauthorized. No management or policy change. Every company vehicle was stickered last night. All have been parking in visitor for atleast the 15 months ive been visiting. Manager must be getting paid under the table.
