When i figure out whete to post photos and videos i will Where do i start. From the beggining of move in. My refrigerator always broke, oven glass windows would fall in, sink faucet broke, water damage to doors because previous renters had been flooded out and they didn't replace all the doors.. doors they did to laundry were uneven. Im not to the best part yet the neighbors above were insanely inconsiderate. I understand there is apartment noise but this was excessive from 6 am till 10 or 11 at night. One time they were asked to keep it down because I wake up at 4 am and she was aggressive and "claimed to know the office and that they had their back. " it was like non stop screaming jumping running throwing marbles or pool table balls. NONSTOP.a few times we called curtosy offcer onsite and he didnt answer, left messages. Finally my boyfriend called and he calls him back saying "well im at the gym right now " sooooo i get ita not an emergency but thia has been going on for the past year. And this is your job as after hours officer!?!?! then the BUGS I would have pest control come out as often as I could only every two weeks. Told them several time my problems. I was told I have a very clean apartment compared to some so I shouldn't have a problem THEY NEVER WENT AWAY. I also didn't feel safe not only because of my upstairs neighbor but because cars were being stolen. And broken into. ALSO I reached out as my 15 month lease was coming to end 60 days prior to tell them I bought a house and was moving. They claim I was not SPECIFIC ENOUGH. Me telling them im moving and will not be renewing wasn't specific enough and are forcing me into a month to month rate. They said I could still turn my keys in early and surrender the apartment but still have to pay almost a extra 3000k it will be! And then when I asked if I move out still according to my orginal lease date and yall turn around and rent it even though im paying an extra month ans a half. They said yes we can technically even if youre paying for it. Legit feel like this is crooked and illegal. What else. The grounds would constantly flood in my yard [paid extra for a apartment with a yard] and I told them several times they had broken water system that would floor the yard it took at like 6 months to get them to address it and take care of. It was a muddy useless yard.. one thing I will say maintenence was friendly. The gym one day I was working out and water just started pouring from a light bulb. Fire pit looks nice. Never worked. Do not rent here. And if you do and read this review you will remember reading this ans regret it.
