Do not move here. Months of chaos and wasted money. 1. My second week I lived here the entire bike room got wiped out by thieves who came in through the open doors and stole every bike in there including my brand new ones. After I told the manager he came to the property and was laughing about it. No one in the building was notified and I never heard anything from them. The night before the bikes got stolen two guys were running around the building stealing packages. 2. There was a homeless man jacking off in the courtyard for an hour, and was later seen doing it again in the garage even though the manager told us he handled it and the guy had been arrested. They didn’t do anything about this and acted like they didn’t care, as they do with anything like this that has happened. 3. Naked people swimming in the pool 4. Homeless lady bathing in the pool 5. Homeless lady knocking on my door 6. CONSTANT POWER OUTAGES that knock the WiFi out for a week, as of today 8/25 we have not had WiFi or a working gate for 5+ days and all they say is “we are working on it.” I genuinely think they forget to pay their bills because this is an almost MONTHLY occurrence. 7. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A PEEPHOLE TO BE INSTALLED EVEN THOUGH ITS AGAINST TEXAS PENAL CODE TO NOT HAVE ONE. They installed mine off center and messed up another tenants door installing it but never said anything to them about it. 8. They advertise insight security but for the first few months I was here there was no security and now there is one guy who is assigned to 4 different buildings blocks away so it’s pointless. 9. I have had 6 packages returned or stolen because there is no way for delivery people to get into the building, no call box no nothing. They will just leave your package outside because they can’t get in. I had one package delivered to the leasing office and no one ever called to notify me. (UPDATE: they installed a call box but it does not work) 10. Had no wifi for a month because they told me 3 different stories on how to get it. 11. I get woken up by the pipes a few times a week because they are so loud, so do a few other tenants even though we were told they were fixing this. 12. Bugs everywhere. 13. There is already very few spaces to park (they put giant concrete pillars everywhere so it already makes half of the spaces impossible for me to park my truck in) and we just learned they are going to start charging us for parking! They have private parking available but it’s really just you sharing a tiny space with someone else and built a half wall anyone can just climb over and get to your car. It’s a complete joke. 14. You have to buy your own microwave because units don’t come with one 15. I was an apartment locator and have heard many stories of unpleasant leasing experiences but never heard of anything happening at the frequency it happens here especially from a building that charges this much. 16. Doors are constantly left open and now there is only one entrance to the building, they put chains around one door and never notified anyone (fire and safety hazard) 17. They do not communicate when the doors or gates will be unlocked. 18. Coffee machine that is always empty that im pretty sure im being charged for in the $160 convenience package. 19. Residents are exhausted I am genuinely curious as to how this building was allowed to be open and tenants were allowed to move in with all of the stuff they are still trying to fix and figure out.
