I have been a resident of the Barrows going on my third lease. I will be honest and tell you the first set of management in the leasing office was a bit of a nightmare. In September of this year the Barrows has transitioned from Madera management to Greystar. In September, we were blessed with the most amazing manager and Scotty, who is our Leasing manager, as well as accountant, I guess. One thing I will say about our Scotty if you need us reason to smile, all you have to do is pay a quick visit to Mr. Scotty and when I say that I tell you, he is the most joyful wonderful person I’ve ever endured in the apartment life. Before I moved to this this complex, I lived at my old property for 20 years so it was a tough call I was excited 4 Change until I got moved in and I had issues with some maintenance, especially my AC to which the previous management refused to fix creating me some pretty hard times but I made it through and for the most part I like I like it here, especially how I do now my advice to you all is to please take a look around come meet Scotty and Stacy she is our Leasing manager and she’s fantastic. They have had a bit of a mess they’ve had to clean up since September so you need to be patient with them and also I will tell you they are very understanding and the one thing I’ve learned over many years of apartment. Life is communication. They are wonderful to work with you, but you have to know that if they’re kind enough to respect you and help you out, you need to do the same back with them as far as keeping up your commitments I just don’t have enough kind words for these for Scotty and Stacey. So with that said I would say come take a look around and meet Scotty and Stacy be honest with them and be patient with them because I promise you you won’t regret it. We have a wonderful maintenance team that just started up not too long ago and they as well have their hands full but they’re fantastic. I have no complaints about any of them so come come to the Barrows and meet Scotty and Stacy and I promise you won’t regret it. Hope to be your neighbor in the near God bless.
