AMLI Riverside has been such a great experience during my time here. I just resigned a new lease because I wanted to stay another year that badly. From the quality of the apartment, location, amenities, fast and professional maintenance service, to one of the most friendly and supportive leasing teams. I have never lived in place thats been so accommodating. The emergency support line team is also something you can actually count on too, so you are never waiting long to have a solution to your problem. Like I said above, the leasing team is exceptional. A special thanks to Ashley and Cody for helping me through a very crazy time in my decisions to resign and answer the millions of questions I had about everything, lol (First time living in a luxury apartment complex). I am a very in person, direct and speaks his mind kind of guy, so as a tenant I appreciate that I’m able to come down and just have a sort of safe space to chat and not be just ignored/yes’d along and turned away. Shout out to the homies Juan, Olayo and the rest of the boys on the maintenance team. These guys are G’s who work quickly and have gone above and beyond to solve any maintenance issues or questions i’ve had. Highly recommend giving Riverside or Escena a chance if you are in need of an apartment in Irving/Las Colinas area. Its central not only in the city but to so many great food, entertainment and nature walking options in the Dallas area. Cons: Not really any. The trash situation is pretty straightforward and they seem to have resolved the issues with certain third parties. There is a massive overflow of trash at the dumpster often, but we live in complex that seems to be a revolving door of tenants moving in and out, many families and mostly people who cook at home, so its kind of expected. It would be nice if it could be dumped more often The halls were pretty messed up but that seems to be addressed now. Cockroaches are a thing, but my unit is on the top floor so I haven't had many experiences with them inside my unit thankfully. I can't speak for others though. Its Texas, they are a pest you expect to see in most places unfortunately.
