I love my studio layout, roomy, bright, and at a good price point and location. The little maintenance items I reported were promptly taken care of the following day. All in all the community is up to a great future, and I can tell they've been putting a lot of work and heart into it. Compared to other apartment complexes in the same area, this one definitely stands out!

I’ve lived here for five years, originally moving in when it was managed by AMLI. Back then, there was a clear standard of professionalism, upkeep, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, since the new management (Hilltop Residential) took over, everything has progressively worsened.
Communication with the leasing office is almost nonexistent. The staff, aside from maybe one individual, are unhelpful and rarely available. The leasing office is always empty, where are the employees???
Maintenance is a complete disaster. Issues go unresolved for weeks or longer with no updates, no urgency, and clearly no proper staffing to handle the workload. I’ve never seen maintenance workers on site, which explains why nothing gets fixed. Basic repairs are ignored for an unreasonable amount of time.
The property itself is also in noticeable decline. The garage doors were broken for what feels like months with little to no communication or timeline for when they’ll be addressed. Hallways are dirty, carpets are stained, and the entire complex feels neglected.
Trying to reach out to corporate is equally useless, they never return calls or emails. It’s clear there’s a lack of accountability from top to bottom.
Living here has become an ongoing source of stress. If I could go back and choose differently, I would. Unless major changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The leasing staff were able to give us a tour, get us a lease, and have us moved in 72 hours after I first contacted them.
Since moving in, the maintenance staff has been amazing! Victor has helped us with multiple maintenance requests since we’ve moved in, and he’s consistently gone above and beyond. UPDATE 2: I decided not to move into the unit as I found something that genuinely fitted my needs (location/price) better. With that being said, I was surprised at both the leasing agents as they quickly turned around the initial bumpy start we had.
I toured the place and I could literally see how that management change impacts the workforce, hopefully they can sort that as soon as possible.
UPDATE 1: They replied and acknowledged that there was an error on the system due to two people selecting the apartment at the same time. They immediately gave me another unit, a cheaper price but with a different view. I liked the place from the beginning so I decided to proceed with it. I will update after I tour in and get to experience what the place looks like.
ORIGINAL POST: I can't say about living in the place, but I was set on renting here and living in this complex. But for some reason, the leasing team is not responding to my messages and doing what they are telling me that they will do. I put my sister as a Guarantor as a mistake and in order to proceed with my application I needed to remove it. They told me 5 times that they would, and they haven't done it. Three days trying and no action from them. My quote expires today and if they don't refund me my money I will proceed legally.
The worst thing is that I didn't even tour the place and was willing to go in blindly. The easiest scenario for the leasing team and they are fumbling it.
If I do get an answer, I will update this.
