When I say living in a loft at the Ambrose lux apartment has been nothing but exceptional. U will get a reserved spot right in front of your door. Your back patio door leads out to the Dart railway which u can travel anywhere around Dallas it comes in handy whenever u want to visit the state fair. The loft is super big and spacious not to mention it’s very peaceful. The sound is the train is faint. Deep ellum traffic you won’t be able to hear. Deep breathe whenever it rains the view is breathe taking. also early in the morning when the sun light comes through illuminating the entire loft up omg so in love . The super high ceiling muffle noise from upstairs. The floors was one of my favorite it’s black with imperfections which gave it a calming artistic feel I damn near wanted to paint on the floors like a child. The walls are crisp white I didn’t hang any pictures because of the clean white open calming feeling. Walking into the loft was like a perfect song everyday. My visitors would all joke about not wanting to visit because they would fall asleep lol . The Ambrose entire staff is wonderful from the head manager to all office staffing including security in which u won’t ever need. Most apt staff is unapproachable not at the Ambrose they make you feel like family. The maintenance crew is super cool and fast . I never experienced anything bad while living in the loft. Tbh I forgot about the pool, the gym as well as outdoor cabanas with bbq pits because u will be consumed with living in the perfect location for walkable sightseeing. I love this place so I transferred to another floor plan just for the experience I refuse to leave lol there are residents that has been living here for ten years that speaks volumes about the property . I included a pic of my new view the pool shines bright at night along through your window with the perfect Dallas breeze no matter your floor level. Also can’t forget the community gatherings for v day , residents appreciation as well as residents wall for posting pics contest and or services u may offer to other follow residents . It’s pet friendly on the property as well as walkable to neighboring eateries
