In deciding on several apartment complexes we decided on Allora Kinder Ranch because of location; the complex being new with well designed apartments; and by how it was "sold" by the leasing agents. I could list several reasons why I would not rent here again but the main one is the parking situation. It is very rare that I am able to park anywhere remotely close to the building my apartment is in. I find this ironic as one of the "Perks" they list on their website is that parking shouldn't be and isn't a problem at Allora. In fact, here is a perk that they have listed on their website. Convenient Parking and EV Charging Finding a place to park shouldn't feel like a daily struggle, and at Allora Kinder Ranch, it never will. The community offers controlled-access parking, with options that include carports and private garages. Whether you want the comfort of covered parking or the added privacy of a garage, there's something for everyone. For electric vehicle owners, charging stations are conveniently located within the community, making it simple to keep your car ready to go without leaving home. This setup ensures that you have reliable and secure parking every day, adding to the overall appeal of these luxury apartments. It's all about providing convenience and peace of mind so you can focus on your daily routine instead of parking headaches. I was towed last night from a space that is not marked with a no parking sign. After going to the trouble and expense to retrieve my car I went into the office to speak to management. They said that someone is towed from the place I parked at least once a week. When asked why it isn't marked management told me that they have asked repeatedly for a sign to be put up but it has been refused. They said that because they have "towing enforced signs" on the gates as you enter that they don't have to post inside the complex. My next step was to cough up the money for a reserved spot yet I was told there is a waiting list with 20 ahead of me to secure one. I can tell you that when my lease is up I will definitely be moving to a complex that respects their tenants by taking care of their needs and can speak to them in a courteous fashion.
