JUST APPLY FOR SECTION 8 DON’T LET THE PRETTY OFFICE FOOL YOU! KEEP YOUR MONEY! NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH PETS! NO LEASH POLICY NASTY DOG PARKS AND DOG “RUN” that is kept closed with an extension cord HOMELESS AT THE PARK SQUATTERS Roaches under the paint STRAYS everywhere AND THE BLACK TRUCK IS A HIGH SPEED CHASE (in photos) Hailey don’t give a DAMN! She will be so fake everytime lol!!!! Maintenance team will willingly take your possessions !! P.S. they also told us once someone is moving out they unlock your apartment and look at what you have for FIRST DIBS Very sad management, very poorly kept but BEAUTIFUL OFFICE LMFAO We moved in Oct 2023 and since the DAY WE GOT HERE IT HAS BEEN HELL lol. The first day we moved in our A/C wouldn’t cool, so we luckily stopped a maintenance worker and He was able to get it on, and proceeded to tell us that the A/C was never connected, dis-connected during “make ready” and left it like that :)) We later that same evening, noticed our sink was leaking and they came to fix it one morning… and left it all day because he “forgot”…. We have a 3 yr old dog and the poor thing has been attacked and ran up on by so many other resident’s pets. Apparently if your dog is friendly they don’t need a leash? Unfortunately the entire time we have been residents.. our mailbox has not worked, actually has been broken into more times than it worked We have had someone try to prevent us from leaving our apartment but tying our door shut to the stairway and we have to cut it off. But when you tell the office, she laughed and said “which homeless person” bc she KNOWS THEM! There was a squatter in the building 19 and 15 which are some of their weakest buildings.. poorly kept plenty of poor living spaces Man oh man i could go on and on.. this apartment complex got me and my fiancée sick,…. we had a MOLDY HOLE IN THE SHOWER THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT FIX BC OUR LEASE WAS UP IN A MONTH! (You could put you hand it it )and bc “well the contractor is just super busy” When we have 3 current holes in our ceiling since 2 months after moving in! We know 4 different people who have ran out on these people (some are commented too) Please keep you and your family safe and just look out if you stay here or just don’t stay here. 🙏
