ZERO STARS, LUXURY LIES! The worst rental experience! Do not waste your money here. I’ve lived here for 4 years and although my rent goes up every year getting them to fix anything is ridiculously difficult. You will be gaslit and lied to, some of the front desk staff will treat you like it’s not their literal job to manage the property. I’ve had my upstairs neighbors water heater burst twice into my master closet, no attempt to dry out carpet or replace warped drywall or repaint, I had to force the repairs the 2nd time. When my hot water heater broke during the winter I was told to “boil water”, there is no urgency or communication. Same with the numerous floods and leaks I’ve had in the kitchen from the disposal and dishwasher. All appliances are EXTREMELY old and filthy. If you call to follow up they have bad attitudes and think it’s professional to talk over renters who are voicing their very valid concerns. I have water damage in every room from so many pipes and old, broken down appliances breaking. Every single finish and old and rusted. They will let you live in mold and mildew and keep jacking up rent. Our mail boxes have been broken into countless times over the years, it took them that long to finally put up a gate to protect our mail. They spend all their budget fixing empty units to lure in new renters, but will not fix issues for actual renters. In the 4 summers I have lived here the pool was closed for the first two and open for less than a month the 3rd and was just opened at the end of July in 2025. Ridiculous we pay for an amenity we cannot use. My unit was not flipped or cleaned properly when I move in 2021 (I was told due to Covid restrictions) and I am STILL waiting in 2025 for repairs and updates that were promised would be done after I moved in. This place is not worth the headache for the outrageous rent charged as the quality is not reflected in anything. You cannot convince me the good reviews on here real. Horrible!

Been waiting for maintenance. Put request in may 30 2025. Was told this morning June 3 2025 they would give request to maintenance. So sounds like request was never given to maintenance. 2pm still waiting. Don't have a property manager. If there is no maintenance on sight atleast let the tenant know. Stop lying & saying I'll give request to maintenance Crap just let the tenant know so they can get on with there day instead if waiting.

And management changes every year

My experience living in Duck Creek was by far the most awful experience of living. Lets begin with the managers (They are amazing) Priscila before she left Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Sandy try there best to provide accommodations and help when issues arise. The issue with management is corporate. They do not care about their tenants. Over a year time. My apartment flooded four times, with the last time being the final straw due to pipes bursting from the upstairs neighbor. causing major damage to my personal property. Office staff tried to provide accommodations anyway that they could however corporate specially CYNTHIA denied all acts of kindness and right to help her tenants from damages caused by the property. Flea infestation as well as bug infestation occurred twice due to a illegal cat rescue in the front my building. Management attempted several times to get it resolved however cooperate did not help the situation. Please be mindful when moving here that corporate is the major problem and will not help you with anything. The property staff is no nice and helpful, they need a raise and to work for a new company Cirrus Management does not deserve your work ethic and compassion.
