1. When we saw the one bedroom floor plan on the website, it looked good for prices. However after we moved in the prices were not the same and we paid 1750-1800 a month, which is expensive. I reached out to management about the discrepancy and they stated the website was incorrect. I highly recommend people to be careful and thorough before moving here.
2. We had another issue pertaining to fire safety. My brother heard our neighbors yelling for us to leave the apartment due to the alarm that we are deaf. We had to really advocate with management here to get a fire alarm fitted for our needs in our apartment but it took them ages to put one in. We are deaf and this wasn’t a joke and crucially important for our safety and well being in the event of a building fire. The lack of urgency in dealing with this whole situation was very disappointing and honestly not acceptable
3. Parking is another issue. The spots are very small and in the evenings it’s always full. It took us 30 minutes at times to find an actual spot to park in.

I have been here for 2 years now and I can’t wait til my lease is up. The last year here has been awful. These apartments are soooo dirty. The doors to enter the building are broken. Both the entrance and exit gates are broken. The fire alarms go off so often people do not even leave their apartments anymore! There is not enough free parking for the amount of people who live here. After 6:30pm GOOD LUCK finding a parking spot. People let their dogs pee and poop inside the halls, elevators, and the stairways. There has been poop inside of the D hall stairs for 2 weeks now and THE OFFICE HAS BEEN MADE AWARE and still have not had it cleaned. It smells like piss the second you open the door. The back half of the building smells like shit from the trash piling up in the trash rooms. DROP YOUR TRASH DOWN THE CHUTE!!!!! The smell is so awful. Not to mention the hallways HEATER was on until a week or so ago, so the smell was exacerbated!! The police are always here. The management doesn’t care, so tenants don’t care anymore. This place has gone down hill FAST.

I’m SO glad I’ve moved from this place! I only rented from here for a year & it was NOT a good one! RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK⚠️
1. Management changed 2 or 3 times during my YEAR here! And when they are physically present they are STILL not there! They NEVER answer the phone so you can’t ever get any answers to your questions. And if you do get any answer it’s always “I’m so sorry about that ”but nothing more! Just full of sorrows.
2. The parking is ATROCIOUS!!! You will quite literally NEVER have a parking spot on the perimeter of the building unless you’re in the parking lot by 5pm which almost forces you to pay for a spot in the parking garage. But that’s LAUGHABLE too because they will let people park in a spot YOU 🫵🏾pay for & when you call the towing company they just “write it down”, never give an ETA, & actually never come move the vehicle! & you know what the leasing office says? You guessed it; “I’m sorry”😭! Like why should you have to pay to park on a property you’re already paying tons on money to live at🤨?!?
3. The TRASH! Lord the trash! It stinks up the hallways & the trash chute rooms are always so disgusting and full of stinking bags on the floor that you can’t even get to the actual chute to put your trash down! On top of that, you’re charged still for valet trash!
4. Then when you’re ready to leave and choose not to renew your lease, after never helping you with anything, maintenance being very slow, & parking issues, they’ll do everything they can to NOT give you back your REFUNDABLE deposit! & to add insult to injury, they will come up with frivolous charges like cleaning (even tho the building is pretty dirty inside/you left it better than you received it), paint (even though that’s a wear & tear given), & “damages”, all while losing your move in inventory sheet (make a copy of yours) & never showing any photos as to proof of the validity of said charges! This place is literally a JOKE😂. But at least they have a grass wall & a neon sign right??

I cannot recommend these apartments to anyone based on my experience, and I want to share my story to help others avoid the same frustrations I've faced while stuck in a lease.
I moved in on May 26, 2025, and the process seemed smooth at first. After signing the lease and paying my deposit, I was relieved to collect my keys that Friday, especially since the office would be closed on Monday for the holiday. However, my excitement quickly faded when I saw my new apartment's disappointing condition.
Upon entering, I noticed multiple issues, many of which remain unresolved today. The stove was covered in a stubborn, white residue and had several noticeable scratches. The entry door made a loud screeching noise every time I opened or closed it. The washing machine emitted a loud clanking noise during cycles, making it nearly unbearable to use. The fridge's water dispenser barely trickled, rendering it almost useless, and the patio door was hard to close, requiring significant effort.
The hot water in the sinks is particularly frustrating; it takes several minutes for hot water to come out. Additionally, I found chipped floor tiles throughout the apartment, with some lifting at the corners, presenting a potential tripping hazard. Staff attempted some paint touch-ups, and left unsightly splatters on the floor throughout the apartment. The gaps between the flooring and baseboards added to the shabby look, and chips in the shower raised concerns about overall maintenance quality.
The community itself is lacking. Outdoor areas are filled with litter and debris and need power washing. The hallways often have an unpleasant odor due to cleanliness issues and trash. I also encountered trash and dog waste left on the ground. The dumpsters outside were overflowing, with garbage scattered around them, creating an unwelcoming environment. The door handle to the mail room is broken and I can't access it with my key fob, so I have to use the app, adding more inconvenience to my day.
I reached out to the assistant manager, Rubi, and the property manager, Cynthia, about these issues. Cynthia apologized and promised to walk through my apartment to address my concerns. While the maintenance team did fix the entry door, stove, and washing machine, the hot water issue in the sinks and the flooring remains unresolved. Despite my numerous emails following up with both managers, my requests have gone unanswered.
I provided my availability for a maintenance visit anytime after 1 PM during the week of January 9, but I have not heard from anyone, and no further fixes have been made.
Before renting an apartment, a thorough inspection should be conducted to ensure everything is working properly and looks acceptable. I am truly unhappy with my current living situation, feeling ignored despite my many emails about essential repairs. It seems management cares more about collecting rent than creating a healthy, livable environment for tenants. Given the chaos I faced upon moving in, an apology is simply not enough.
I encourage potential renters to carefully consider other apartment options. With the high cost of living here, you would expect better conditions. There are certainly better choices available, and I regret my decision to move here. I wish I had stayed in my previous complex, where I felt valued as a tenant.

I’ve lived here for a few months & it has not been terrible but it hasn’t been great, trying to get ahold of the leasing office is the absolute worse with unanswered emails & phone calls, they have been no help to get ahold of but can post TikTok’s ? Make it make sense. If you are trying to have a leasing office you can get ahold of this is not the place for you. You will NEVER be answered no matter how many times you reach out. You’re better off just going in the building… hopefully.
