Apartments are very nice and very good price but all I could say is you get what you pay for. And yes you will have to call before you get there to see if they have the actual apartment to look at. No bug infestation here. Unlimited parking per resident. I don’t feel they get the apartment ready for you all the way. If your door does not lock, that’s not considered an emergency, wow! SMH. Ladies at the office are definitely doing their thing & good customer service, just maintenance need to catch up on work orders I guess…

So I tried my best not to post anything, but this has got to be the most disrespectful management team I have ever had to deal with. I have had so many issues with this apartment:
No hot water - which now I have it in the bathroom but still NONE in the kitchen. It only gets warm and that's when I leave it running for 15 minutes. My heating & air conditioner: Last year the unit went out and I was told I was getting a new unit, because it would never go off on its own. I had to turn the breaker off when I did want it on. Summer of 2022 air conditioner went out they came and did a shade tree fix on it and nothing since. Now it's summer 2023 and no air conditioning again. Now I have 2 portable units in my apartment and one is leaking. How about I walked the property and found somebody has an actual air conditioner in their window. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHO IS PAYING FOR MY ELECTRIC BILL BUT THERE IS GOING TO BE A DISCUSSION BECAUSE THIS SHOUD HAVE BEEN FIXED LAST YEAR. The gym: Someone vandalized gym. Well that was almost 1 year ago. Well that is apart of our amenities here and they refuse to fix it. This is what they tell you. "we have been getting bids on it" FOR A YEAR!!!! PLEASE BE SERIOUS. Fix the gym so we can use it. As far as management, they think it's funny because they know what you're walking in there to ask them. So they start laughing, No one in the office cares not one bit. They're just not involved in your conversation. Just okay, well, I'm sorry. Well why don't you fix the issue. Sorry, doesn't help anything!!! Now they are trying to charge me $232 for utilities. I wish I never even saw this place. Don't get me wrong the apartments are nice on the inside, but behind the walls tore up!!!

I called to schedule an appointment, and Trisha answered—she was incredibly detailed and made me feel like I truly mattered. Moving from California has been challenging, especially since many apartments don’t even pick up the phone, but Trisha went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. I toured a one-bedroom, and the apartments are so nice and clean! She thoroughly explained availability, specials, the application process, and everything I needed to know. I highly recommend touring this community—ask for Trisha! She’s amazing!

Been living here for two years and it’s about time I do a review. They leave me no choice- I’ve been patient all this time.
There’s always two main issues. No hot water or no ac working.
This past Sunday I noticed my ac was not working - only fan air was coming out Monday the following day was Memorial Day so they were closed so I had to wait until Sunday to go online and file a maintenance report on the ac issue , I even went to the office in person to tell them - that same they they “fixed it” but then when I got home from work it still wasn’t working - I worked doubles the next 3 days so today , on friday at 1pm I went online and filed a maintenance issue and went again in person, throughout the day I kept checking on my camera if they had gone and at this point it was past 3 and so I called 3 different times to make sure it was going to get fixed by 6 when they closed .
They kept reassuring me that it was gonna get done today. 5 pm came and still nothing so I called 9 times before they answered the phone and they had said maintenance goes home at 5!
I explained to them that they had since 1pm to fix the ac and I had called multiple times, she said she was texting with maintenance as we were on the phone and that he was going to come back - he never did .
It’s 7:42pm and my apt is still hot.
Somebody needs to be fired or communication needs to be better between the front desk and maintenance.

Why does it take a WEEK or more to get a PIPE from the toilet tank fixed. I called and even did a request a WEEK ago and I went up to the office TWICE and threatened to fix it myself and to have them take some rent off and then 3hrs later still no one. Then I go up again to the office and they said the ONLY guy that they had was fixing an AC but yet I saw 3 guys working on stuff that are from the maintenance crew and yet STILL didn’t show up. I called and got ignored, left a voicemail got ignored. My boyfriend called from his WORK PHONE and then they answered than questioned why they ignored our calls when we called on our own numbers and was silence for the response. They don’t care to care for their residence and it shows. Yes it’s new management but Angelica was more helpful than Shawna
