We toured several places, and while this complex isn’t the newest, the floor plans are spacious, and it felt like the best fit overall. Marquita was very helpful! She made sure my daughter got into a unit with a 2-car garage (hard to find!) and even arranged a couple of updates to the place. She was super clear about all the move-in details, monthly costs, and what to expect. It made the whole process really smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I opted for the Reserve my two colleagues live in the trails. So far it’s been great, this is my 3rd month. I read the reviews and the place is old slowly being revamped, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Most of my neighbor’s have been living here 10 + years so they are friendly and respectful which is all I ask for. My place catches a lot of sun and the dogs love it! I am hoping they will get the bbq”s working that was disapointing hitting that up one night with marinated steak only to have to walk home with it uncooked. The staff have been great and if I have needed somthing they have got right to it apart from my dirty stained carpets but I can live with that for all the other pluses . I am hoping it all stays this way because I am enjoying living here. I think you have to pick your unit carefully. Top floor or corner units seem to be the most peaceful.The gym is amazing but to be fair to the staff we as residents have to keep things clean and be responsible. I have noticed a lot of dog mess but never caught anyone not picking up which baffles me? The main area gets closed early due to residents not being respectful which is sad. Surely you want to live is a clean place and be a responsible pet owner not to mention be able to use all the facilities ? I have referred another colleague who has just signed a lease and will keep referring as long as they pay out the $500 they promise as an incentive. I know my referee is eagerly awaiting hers! So far I am impressed so I hope my mind stays this way. Come on everyone let’s get these apartments at 5 star! It’s what they should be at!!!! When do the referral incentives get paid out please? One resident said it took 6 months 😳 surely that is not the case however every time we ask we are told a check is in the mail. We were even told it would come out of our rent. 😳

EDIT FROM: The difference of air conditioning between the townhomes and leasing office is painfully apparent.
The perks of living here is the trail connecting to the white rock lake trail. It's my favorite. Compared to living closer to downtown it is fairly quiet.
The leasing office does respond to our needs and does so quickly after a couple of reminders from us in person and in e-mail.

I found mold growing in my apartment, including on the ceiling and vents—areas explicitly mentioned in the leasing agreement as requiring management attention. When I reported it and requested proper cleaning, maintenance merely wiped one spot and left others untouched. After following up with clear pictures, management became immediately defensive, insisting it "100% wasn’t mold" and outright refusing to do anything further. Shockingly, the manager admitted she hadn’t even looked at the photos before making this claim. Instead, I was told that if I “really cared,” I could buy my own mold testing kit and send it in to be tested.
Frustrated by the dismissive response, I told her i would do just that which then led to her saying she would put in a request to get it painted over—the test results ended up confirmed three different types of mold. Even with proof, management doubled down, refusing to acknowledge any wrongdoing. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a frustrating, month-long back and forth just to get my vents properly cleaned.
This experience left me deeply concerned about how management handles other maintenance issues. Their immediate defensiveness, refusal to take concerns seriously, and overall lack of professionalism make me question their commitment to resident safety. For example, I also had water damage on my wall that they ignored for a year before simply painting over it—no actual inspection or repairs.
TL;DR: Management was rude, dismissive, and more focused on denying the issue

Despite management’s response below, please note that I did everything I could to speak to them on a rational level. Their exterminators are not effective. They continue handing out lease violations like candy. Can we say harassment? I am exquisitely clean yet bugs prevail. There are infestations inside the walls and it will not be remedied until the units are emptied and the entire property fumigated. But who wants that? You’ve been warned.
