My partner and I moved in four months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. We live on the ground floor and whenever it rains water comes up through the floor and drips from the ceiling. Our walls are bubbling and turning yellow with cracks forming. It looks like they painted over it multiple times to hide worrying flaws. We call the emergency maintenance line, sent multiple emails and calls, even went into the office and they stated “we’re backed up.” The bath tubs bubble even after repair after repair. I could go on and on about more problems that won’t get fixed. But having flooding and yellow walls makes me believe there’s the starting of mold. Do no rent from this place, its a scam and a rip off. Extremely unprofessional service. Under Texas State Renters Rights “ Health and Safety:
You have a right to demand that the landlord repair any condition that materially affects your physical health or safety. § 92.052.”

(Edited) The front office people are nice. Helpful, to an extent. When I was touring they told me that some of the apartments come with a washer and dryer as the previous company who owned the property left them behind. When applying I specifically applied for an apartment that came with a washer and dryer. I got approved at the end of April. On June 6th, the day my lease started, they emailed me letting me know that I was being moved units as the one I applied for was not ready. (Seemed weird as I was approved for over a month). Not to mention the huge hassle I had to deal with getting my address changed on my electricity plan, wifi plan, and the furniture I order prior to move in. This unit did not come with a washer and dryer. They said they would transfer the washer and dryer to my new apartment. (I moved in 3 weeks ago and this still has not been done.) I emailed Andrea (who's been super nice through the process) and she let me know the washer and dryer are provided as a courtesy, and that they basically were not obligated to provide these. (Now it's a courtesy? I thought it was included into some of the units considering what I was told at the time of my tour?) she gave me other options like renting a washer and dryer, I could go get the washer and dryer from the 2nd floor unit myself, or buy my own. I had to buy my own and they were installed today. When I emailed her back, I also never got a response.
Not only did I have an issue with the washer and dryer, the unit was not clean when I moved in. I had to vaccuum twice before the cat hair was out of the carpet prior to moving my stuff in.
Feel like a bait and switch type situation. They'll tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign the lease. The front office does seem to answer the phone frequently though, getting my mailbox key was quick and easy.

My review is based off of my own experience Attempted to tour June 18th, upon arrival I was told that the property was unable to tour. So I looked online and decided to apply anyway. I applied online and was advised it would be a few days to get a reply. I was home back in Maryland by then. Fast forward, I was approved and due to move in July 13th. upon arrival I sat in my car in 109° for about 4 hrs and in the office for about 2 more hours waiting for my apt to be ready. Around 5 pm It was ready. The apartment was supposed to have new carpet, was supposed to been updated. The paint in the cabinets is sloppy. The tub and tile was painted. Then I had to go back to the office before they closed, because my water would not come on in the tub. They was speaking in Spanish (rude as if I was not standing there) as if I was getting on there nerves. I just needed to take a shower. It was painted shut, thank god I caught the guy. Old hvac no good seals for the doors and windows. Not energy efficient at all. Very high utility bills. Off staff always seem busy and not welcoming at all, no one ever answers the phone. The gates are all locked or (broken) all the time. I thought that was a safety hazard. The windows need to be updated and seals around the door is worn. The carpet had dog hair all in it. The counters just sticks to everything you place on them because they were not coated properly. They threw that splat paint on them. I tried to avoid doing this review because I knew it wasn’t gonna be good. To move from Maryland to a new state and have this experience it has been horrible. This place could be nice I don’t have roaches or rodents, the location is good parking is plenty. It’s not noisy and ghetto on my side I just wish the apt was updated. The other thing is the fees. All the water bill fees, the water is allocated. Which is horrible! I have a 1 bdrm and I pay almost $100 is water. How when i work 10 hour shifts 5 days a week. I’ve owned two homes and paid less in water. What I pay here in water a month I paid every 3 months as a homeowner. Then the valet trash fees then the package delivery fee. The trash and package delivery should be optional. I have never used valet trash nor have I used fetch (we shouldn’t have to pay if we don’t use it). I was moving long distance and had very little time to search for an apartment as a federal employee so I had to take what I could. But please tour in person these online pics are staged. These apts do not look like the pictures. Photos are actual photos I took on my apartment.
