My partner and I moved in the first of June and we love it! We really feel at home here. Our building is really quiet. The staff here is great! Shout out to Mia and Claudia! The area literally has everything you need. If you're looking for a great BRAND new apartment, this is your place.
Our only con is the pool. It’s like a can of sardines with hundreds of kids. Super small for a property this size. We probably won’t ever step foot in it but it’s a beautiful layout of the pool.
**UPDATE**
Since there was a lot of residents that were going to the pool with all of their friends, and their friends kids, they have now come up with a system to prevent the overloading at the pool.
Thank you One 90 for listening to your residents, and making sure there's fair system that allows all the residents to enjoy the pool. The front office here, is amazing!

The apartments are brand new & fantastic! Any of the negatives of this place are due to the other residents themselves. The negative pool reviews is because people here do not take care of their "paid for amenities" by hosting large (overcrowding) loud abnoixous parties that disturb the residents who live right next to the pool. After attempts to try to limit this behavior and say "no more parties" someone had a party last week and then recently it looks like someone broke the disabled access pool lift because they were using as a diving board. So as of last night, they closed the pool until further notice. People are also horrible about leaving trash everything. But you will find that most places you go.
However, that does not negate the greatness of this place and the staff. The staff are fantastic and kind. They also usually host a brunch, dinner or luncheon every month for us. Overall this is the best complex I have lived!
Also there is truth to the parking situation, however, development planning for apartment complexes hasn't quite caught up to the fact that everybody in a unit and their grandma has a vehicle. If you see reviews about this , these are relatively new comers who moved in after most of the complex was completed. Also, there is a two step process, you get your information on the lease then you have to sign up on the parking information website they give you, that the towing company has access to.
Overall, this place is wonderful. Thank you One90 Frankford.

They towed my car even thought I’m a resident and have my car registered. I’ve been fighting with the tow company and have to pay 1000 to get the car back and all the apartment has been willing to do is schedule a meeting. The parking situation living here is already hell. No available spots to buy and free spots are very very limited and never available. I’m not the only ones having this issue as my neighbors were also towed and their car was registered under their lease as well.

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Jasmine Mejia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we met, Jasmine was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to listen to my preferences and answered all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel confident and informed throughout the tour.

My family and I have been living here since August of 2024. It’s been horrible since move in. The apartment complex across the street was always playing loud music but luckily that stopped after a lot of us constantly called the police.
The actual units are nice but the management is horrible. They are constantly closing/ reducing the amenities we are paying for. We couldn’t use the grill or pool for Memorial Day! The computer room and multi purpose room are both reduced to being open from 9-5. Nearly everyone works a 9-5 so that leaves us not being able to use anything except the gym.
This one particular leasing agent is very rude. I once came into the office to inquire about upgrading from my 2bd to a 3bd. She did not great me nor did she try to give me a tour / sell me on the upgrade. The parking is horrible. My partner and I both pay for parking spaces but there are hardly any spaces for visitors.
Sad to say we will not be renewing due to management and staff. Anytime we’ve had an issue they’ve always been rude and not helpful. I should’ve known when we were given the run around during the application process.
Edit : I’m attaching photos of messages we are being sent regularly. The front office treats us as if we are children with privileges. We pay for these amenities only to not be able to use them.
