I have lived here two weeks and have hated every second of it. From the third night I moved in I realized my unit was infested with carpenter ants, to the point where I was killing them every few minutes when I got home from work. I had to email twice and call the office three times before anyone even acknowledged that I was trying to contact them then instead of an apology I got a patronizing email telling me it wasn’t a big deal because “bugs exist in the South” like I haven’t lived here my entire life.
The photo shows all the ones I killed in my kitchen in the last ten minutes. The A/C condenser that feeds into my shower was also clogged and leaked every few minutes when my A/C was on. Put in a work order, they came to fix it and whatever they did made it worse. When I put in a work item AGAIN for it, they closed it with no action. The water is mixed with rust so now my shower looks disgusting and I get to listen to water hitting my tub every second for the entire holiday weekend. $1500 a month for this much of a headache in the first two weeks is insane. I’ve lived in dumps with better living conditions than this. They were old but at least they were taken care of. Fix my shower, dear lord.
Edit: Why is it on me to reach out further? All I’ve done is reach out. It is not my responsibility to beg for communication at this point. Why is no one reaching out to me? My shower still isn’t fixed and I put in a request six days ago.

I love this complex❤️ I think I have had only one maintenance request in the entire 6 months of living here so far. Also, I got locked out of my apartment on a snow day back in the winter and the Olympus team was still available to help me. I really didn’t expect them to be in office with the crazy weather, but there they were working a half day still. My sweet neighbors also rescued me and my dog when it first happened😢 I can’t see myself living anywhere else!

The new management is cutting expenses in a horrible way that reflects how greedy this company is and how much they don’t care about the residents. Seriously I am very disappointed at Olympus. Definitely Town center now is the worse Olympus complex that I lived in. Unbelievable what a self centered manager can do. They want to show good reports cutting costs meanwhile they are accumulating resentment from residents.
