I will refer all my friends and family here. Happy to call this place my new home. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a stress free move. Love it!

What started out as me only living in an apartment for a year, has now turned into five years. I’m a former property manager, and I can tell you from both sides that I’m very happy here. The office is very kind and very sweet. They answer my questions. They get back to me as soon as possible. I started out with Michelle being the property manager and since then Christa has been promoted to property manager, and Alena and the other great leasing staff. They have all been very kind to me, especially during the last few years. This is a wonderful place to live. They really do go above and beyond and they always have a smile when they do that. It’s really refreshing to have people like that In your corner.

When the apartment staff checked my apartment for any damages or stain on the carpet, I was told I was a good tenant. But later I was billed $25 for cleaning fee. Please show me the stain and why you didn't mention it when we both were there walking through the check list?
There was nobody in the office when I stopped by during business hour on weekday and weekend, and no sign indicated what was going on there.

Wonderful management. Kim and Christa were both very helpful and consistent in communication during my move in process. Got me in and approved within days and my apartment is everything I wanted.

I lived here with 2 of my kids 4 several years. Michelle branch, her former assistant manager, Taylor, nor any other person working in that office, which was plenty due 2 high turnover, never cared that both i and my daughter r disabled military veterans. I'm past 60, on dialysis, and have other cognitive and mobility issues. So, y did they have such an ugly attitude about the parking spots, then offered us a renewal? We'd previously said we won't b paying more rent whilst enduring their discrimination. We're already being ripped off paying 4 old, cramped, poorly lit (lack of) accommodations with 1 ceiling fan and a ceiling pipe that drips into the guest bath tub; moisture from the a/c unit! I saw an online pic of a unit with stainless appliances, a unit on this property! Ours were black. I dare any 1 point out upgrades in #1008 during our stay. Our microwave was cheap plastic on the front. The office said the cheap, plastic handle couldn't b repaired or replaced. The entire unit must go. My daughter should of told them, we're paying an extra $100 monthly, so replace it, but she kept that 2 herself. She thought that was best at the time. The unit itself worked just fine. Of course, like we knew, the office tried 2 charge us 4 an entire brand new microwave upon moving. She wrote 2 tipton, and a regional manager said we didn't need 2 pay anything once she threatened legal action. We still should sue. We were clearly overcharged and discriminated against. We had no upgrades. We went entire days without running water with ZERO warning. All the law enforcement agencies descended upon oakchase due 2 suspects occupying a unit. Apparently, they were involved in the recent death at the car wash up the street at the time.
Homeownership isn't easy, especially with the state of the world in this day and time, but my family aren't used 2 being tenets, not in an apartment like setting. I've rented houses after separating from my wife, but we've always lived in houses!
God willing, we'll never have 2 deal with power tripping demoniciac landlords or their non responsive management companies again. They don't reply unless u threaten well deserved, litigation!
