I went in to view the property and my apartment & I loved it. I literally don’t understand the bad reviews. The property is well maintained and the office staff was so nice. Karen the property manager was so nice and beyond helpful. She explained the process to me thoroughly and gave me an amazing understanding. I have been working with Savannah through my application process and she was very informative. The apartment was very clean, modern and sleek. I love the up to date appliances. Karen did inform me that they’ll be leaving soon and there will be a new staff which is unfortunate. Please don’t believe the bad reviews go and take a look for yourself as I did. People get upset and post false information all of the time.

I have not been at this apartment for long, but there has been inconveniences and safety issues since our move in date.
Had to have multiple keys made, smart devices do not work. Pool was dirty with algae, and today it looks like someone car has broken into because they have not fixed the gates closing. Staff is friendly, but I don’t think this managed or up kept properly.

Stopped into the leasing office yesterday to check it out for my son who is looking for an apartment. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable about the property and the surrounding area. I also think pricing is a great value for what they offer. The apartments were very cute and new! Northpark has my vote and I will be sending him to fill out an application!!

If you enjoy paying for amenities that don’t work, this is the place for you!
When we first moved in, we were promised car stickers, a key fob, and an electronic lock. Five months later, after repeatedly asking Savannah each month, we still never received the car stickers. Eventually, I just gave up asking. As for the key fob? Useless. It doesn’t work for anything. The gym door is usually propped open because no one’s fobs work — completely defeating the point of a secure amenity.
Speaking of the gym, residents stole weights months ago and management did nothing. No announcements, no replacements — just missing and damaged equipment. I’ve even attached photos showing how long it’s been without a certain weight.
I also had a horrible experience trying to reserve the clubhouse — twice. Both times they double booked it because they “forgot”. I highly recommend getting a confirmation email, but even then, there were issues. Alyssa messed up the date, and the second time Savannah admitted she forgot about my booking after already approving vendors for someone else. After asking those vendors to leave, I notified Karen, and her response was, “Well, you got to have your little party didn’t you?” Extremely unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering I paid to reserve that space.
When management changed before Karen came in, a temporary manager began handing out fines like candy. I received a fine warning for using my own trash can — something I had to do because I never received one at move-in. After complaining, they finally provided one, but only after I pushed back. Amber, the original manager, had approved my temporary setup, but that didn’t seem to matter.
I’ve sent emails outlining these issues, and neither the previous manager nor Karen have addressed any of the missing amenities or concerns. For the money I pay, I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get what was promised.
Recent update: While I was in the process of getting ready for the move out I provided them Jars and a personal tote bag with a false promise of giving the paints day of. I was asking for the paints for a week. Finally, I got a reply of we accidentally threw away your jars and tote bag. They threw away my personal belongings and said they refund me. A week has gone by they still have not refund me for my lost belongings and I ate this point I don’t expect them to.
Save yourself the frustration. Do not move in here.
