UPDATE: 05/02/2025 - The elevator has been broken for 6 weeks now. The combination of my disabilities and going through a C-Section 3 months ago makes my back go through a searing nerve pain when I have to climb 4 flights of stairs with a baby, groceries, and a stroller almost daily. My husband got in touch with the property manager to talk about terminating our lease early and moving, and they said he has to pay over $12k between early termination fees, paying back our two months of free rent we got with the apartment, and the last two months of rent up front. At this point, I’m extremely pissed off and wished we had moved into the complex 500 ft down the road. They charge a bit more per month, but at least they have their stuff together. *** As someone who has lived in one of these apartments for 8 months now, I’m gonna give my honest thoughts here. Staff: Some staff are absolutely amazing and will go over the top to make sure you’re comfortable and welcomed here! Success is definitely one of my favorite leasing staff here. Some staff members are so-so. I don’t remember the agents name that signed us, but he gave my husband and I so much attitude the day that we were signing papers. He seems to be a lot of a better mood since the first time I met him, but yikes… he was so rude and snappy Maintenance: Maintenance is really slow to respond to request sometimes, but when they do they’re awesome. Ty lives in the same building as us and he is so attentive to what requests we put in for our unit and makes sure he have what we need! For common amenities (elevator, property gates, entrance locks), are ALL controlled by other companies they contract with and they ALL suck about getting stuff fixed. The elevator has been broken for 3 weeks now, and a lot of people in the building I live in are all getting very pissed off about it. I get the local maintenance staff can’t do anything, but I’ve left my apartment maybe 3 times because I can’t leave anywhere due to me basically relying on the elevator for me to leave. I feel like a prisoner in my own home and it sucks. Our property gates have been broken for weeks now too, and theft has been becoming an issue way more often now. Ive also noticed cars randomly being towed by the towing company contracted here. They also tried to tow my mother’s car (even though I had a valid visitors pass and all the information was correct). Floorplan: I have a unit on the top floor, and was told by Success that no one else has lived in this unit before me, and I gotta say it’s a bit disappointing. The visual aesthetics of the apartment are awesome, but other than that these places are really cheaply made with shoddy labor. When I moved in, half of the doors wouldn’t close all the way due to them being misaligned, my AC has broken twice now, there is a dripping/tapping sound coming from behind my wall between the kitchen and bathroom, one side of the apartment gets freezing cold while the other gets super hot. I understand it’s an apartment complex we’re living in, but to be the very first people living in this specific unit, I was expecting the pipes in the walls and the AC to work after only 8 months of living here. TLDR: If you like to live in a pretty apartment, but want to be stuck in it for weeks at a time if you rely on an elevator to leave, worrying about your car being broken into or accidentally towed off by the towing company, or if you just want some cheap labor thrown together for an apartment and everything breaks apart in less than a year, this is perfect for you!
