I, Brenda Alvarez, renewed my rental agreement a little over a week ago, which clearly states that I must pay a $10 fee for trash reimbursement. I paid the rent on October 2 2025, and they sent me an invoice as payment confirmation. When I checked it, I saw that I was being charged $20 for trash! when the renewal contract says it is $10 dll, at that time I sent an email to the manager Merisa, and also to an assistant named Harper, showing them the invoice where you can see the charge of $20.00 dll and the contract where it says it is @10.00, I did not receive any response, so on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 I went to the office and it was closed as almost always, and I decide to call the office and Merisa answers me, I tell her my problem and that she please correct it and refund me the $10 dll, and she says no, that if I should pay that amount and I tell her no, to check the email I sent her to see what the contract says and she tells me that the contract is the one that is wrong, that the $20 dll is what I should pay for garbage and that she is going to send me another contract for me to sign, I told her to please respect what the contract says and she refused so I hung up. that was Your entire response. I agreed to renew the contract because when I spoke with Ayla, and the manager Cory was there, I let her know that I'd been having a rainwater leak problem for over two months, a problem that continues to occur every time it rains. She told me not to worry, that before the contract ended on September 30, 2025, they would fix it and have the carpet cleaned because it had been getting wet several times and was drying out on its own as the days went by because no one had resolved anything. I also asked her about a charge that appeared as a "lease lock fee" of $37 USD and she told me that this charge was only for new residents who want to move in, not for us, that it was a renewal, and I was satisfied with her response. On September 26th, after struggling so much to get in touch with someone at the office and have them send me the new contract because they were already charging me more than $1,000.00 USD, finally Merisa, I think that's the current manager's name, turns out that that day she sends me the contract and we signed it, and there was an addition where it said that you had to pay those $37 USD without the right to a refund and that it has to be paid every month. Well, I had already signed it, so it was useless to go and ask, because everything they told me before about my doubts was a lie. I don't know what's happening with this condominium, but it's deteriorating more and more in all aspects. the office is always closed, I went on Tuesday October 7th to speak with the manager Merisa, but it was closed, I called and she said it wasn’t a mistake, that it was $20 USD for the garbage service, and I told her no, and that’s why I sent her the images as proof of what I was saying. I sent her an email shortly after I made the payment on October 2nd, with the image of the contract where it specifies that it was $10 USD for garbage, and the invoice where the charge of $20 USD appears for the same service. She never answered me, so I called that same Tuesday. Well, she didn’t want to acknowledge what was signed and told me she would send me another, already corrected, contract for us to sign!! How could that be a mistake if they sent me the contract almost a week after the previous one ended and it still had errors? I have always been responsible with my obligations as a resident of this place, paying on time and in full because I do not like to fail in what concerns me, and I expect the same from you as managers of this complex, but no, there is no seriousness or commitment to resolve anything. What are you playing at? I hope this complaint reaches someone and can take action on the matter. I tried to fix this in the best way but it was not possible, so if you can avoid bad times and neglect, DO NOT RENT HERE !! Am I the only one this is happening to?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ll count the ways. I moved in December of last year and whenever I moved in, they had a special going on where I would only pay half the rent for six months. That didn’t happen. That was the first issue. Second issue whenever I moved in my fridge was not working. I contacted the office and sent in a maintenance request for it to be fixed. I went five months without a working fridge… And throughout that entire time, I was still contacting the office and asking them what was going on. Third, these apartments have really bad roach problems. When I contacted the office and asked for something to be done because they do apparently offer someone to come out and spray, They did have a guy come out. But he only sprayed the front and back door and said he would be back the next day to lay some traps and that he would come every other week to spray and sit down more traps in my apartment. That never happened. Fourth, I started having a really bad leak in the ceiling in my bathroom. Have sent in multiple maintenance requests for that to be Fixed because the ceiling in the bathroom is now sagging downwards, and then noticed black mold growing from the ceiling of the sink area in the bathroom. Finally had to call the front office and let them know that I’d sent in that maintenance request and maintenance came out and looked at it for about 30 seconds, said they would get it fixed, and the maintenance guy came back and said he would get it fixed the next day. That was the last Wednesday. Nothing has been fixed. The only time they were diligent about fixing anything was whenever my friend called and threatened legal action and then I was bribed to write a nice review. There have been about five different office managers since I’ve moved in, about three or four different maintenance guys. At this point, there’s really no use trying to ask the office for any more help because nothing ever gets done and I’m really considering calling code enforcement so they can come out and take a look at the mold and the sagging ceiling in my bathroom and maybe that will get the apartment complex to do something.

I've lived here for nearly a year. First impressions, it was great, then after a month it turned out to be one of the worst decisions, and one the worst places to live. First off, good luck trying to get any sleep at night. There are people going up and down in the neighborhood at night due to one of the residence selling drugs. With people coming and going all throughout the night. People blasting music, and being loud. Also, you know the gate they have at the front? Yeah, they never shut it. It's always open, no matter what time in the day. 24/7 365. So good luck, because you're 100% gonna get stuff robbed out of your car. My 2nd month I was living here, my plug in my kitchen caught fire and almost burned down the apartment. I called maintenance multiple times with no answer, and put in a work order, with no answer. I had to turn off my power to my apartment, and days go by and i had to fix the plug myself so I could live with power in my apartment. COCKROACHES! HUGE ONES. YOU LOVE ANTS? WELL YOURE GONNA HAVE THEM! Remember that maintenance order i submitted? Well they showed up 3 months later. So if i didn't fix the plug myself, i wouldn't of had power for 3 months. Isn't that a great feeling? My fridge started to go out, and they showed up to fix the issue. The maintenance people, *smelling like weed* showed up to my place, sprayed some spray on it , and said it was fixed. Maintenance showed up one day with no warning, to install something new in my toilet. I let them install it, because they said it was supposed to *decrease the water bill* only for my toilet to not flush half the time, and me having to lift up the lid to manually flush it. The string in my closet stopped working, the paint on my bathroom ceiling pealed off, and my ac is constantly leaking water into my bathtub. Meanwhile they some how made it worse, and now I can't have any milk or eggs in my fridge because it doesn't get cold enough despite how cold i put the setting on. Also, if you have your car registered in the parking app, guess what, even though you're a resident, there's still a possibility of them towing your car. so good luck. So if you love everything i said, then hell yeah. You should live here. If you're a normal person, don't make the same mistake i did. need less to say i will not be re upping my lease. The staff is horrible, the community is horrible, and the apartments are terrible also. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE. Me and my friend were supposed to move here everything was nice in the beginning. But as it got closer to my lease ending at my current apartment we stopped hearing from them after we spent almost $200 for an application and fees. We got approved but after it’s been weeks and days along with an email requesting updates about our application. We sent multiple emails and phone calls as if they were purposely declining our calls and little to no response when it came to questions we had about the lease that was sent to us and any other questions. Sucks because we aren’t the only people they’ve done this to. REFUND!!!!

Our lease ends in a month so I went in ahead of time to see how the process will be with new management and they completely blew me out of the water. I never knew it could be so easy. Ayla answered all of my questions and assured me the process would be a breeze. No super long process of sending in the same information and surprisingly no large amount difference from what I am currently paying. I look forward to going in and speaking to Ayla and Cory in the future if needed 🩷.
