Third update: The property manager is not responding to emails concerning mailing of the refund. Second update: The property manager agreed to refund my daughter; they will be mailing a check to her. My prayer is that in the future the leasing agents are held accountable immediately! Update: They responded to my daughter's review stating she can call and/or email to resolve this issue, and she did both. Unfortunately, the property manager is NOT holding her staff accountable and proceeded to gaslight my daughter by saying the leasing agent called my daughter multiple times, and received no answer... LIES! As if phone records can't be retrieved from her service provider; and we've done so. Then they proceeded to boldly lie and say my daughter completed the application with a different phone number, yet another LIE and she has proof! A print out/ screen shot of her completed information which clearly shows the same number. A complaint was filed with BBB and the LIE that they are telling them is they needed my daughter's offer letter sent to them from the business owner's email, after she uploaded all required/requested documents within their portal; which is also a LIE as the business owner did in fact send from his email address, and is in the process of providing my daughter with proof it was sent successfully! To add more insult to injury, the property manager then told my daughter they canceled her application because of this! Still not holding her employee unaccountable, at all. No communication was sent, and they are still avoiding the fact it was far beyond 72 hours!! We have ALL emails, texts, portal screenshots... and this manager is still finding excuses to not refund the $200! God sees and knows ALL! And his wrath is upon the liar and the ones upholding said lies! This will NOT go away even if we must escalate this to the local news! Taking individuals money and NOT holding your staff accountable has to end. I'm certain the investors agree! And WHO is Sally Love?? They are Lying so hard trying to wiggle out of refunding $200, they mixed my daughter up with whomever Sally Love is! Please note my daughter has had the same number for over 5yrs! Now you're mixing up confidential information!!! Jesus! Proverbs 15:3 Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service! As someone who has worked in this industry, please allow me to inform you that the positive reviews here were solicited, and the individuals received preferential treatment to get said reviews. The property being under new management is absolutely no excuse for the lack of or just no communication at all! These individuals have taken $278 from my daughter on May 9th, and have yet to reach out to her directly! When she did receive information it was because of her due diligence. Per their own paper applications are to be processed within 72 hours! The $278 consist of $75 app fee, $200 admin fee, and $3.95 processing fee. My daughter relocated from northern Louisiana and received an approval from a different property within 48 hours of applying, and this was during the Memorial Day weekend! Which means this property is purposely taking unsuspecting individuals money, and NOT communicating at all regarding status! At this point $275 should be refunded to my daughter! When she reached out one last time on May 23rd, she discovered the office staff had completely deleted her from their prospect resident portal, again with no communication nor update regarding her application. It is pure EVIL to conduct business in this manner. And to sell your soul for a pay check, purposely taking folks hard earned money; with food and gas prices is heart breaking. Please know Jesus is REAL, as is God's wrath! To others BEWARE! These fees "Apartments" are charging is worst than buying a home! This is an issue that the USA as a whole must look into and address, ASAP! People are being financially raped, daily! Where are the renters or tenants rights! After all, it is our hard earned money lining companies like this greedy pockets!
