HARLEY is your go to leasing agent here! He was so helpful from the start and made the leasing and move in process easy. He gave my sister and I the apartment tour and knew all the details, was super friendly. He always got back to us really quickly. He was communicative throughout the whole process, which we really appreciated. He is my go-to person when I have any questions/concerns, even now as a resident at Innova (which I've been for the past eight months). I highly recommend working with Harley, he truly goes above and beyond! Someone needs to give this man a raise to be honest!

This review is long but it will touch base on all the poor customer service and bad maintenance of the community.
I have been dealing with the office for 2 months now on an issue that continues to not be resolved. From the leasing agent to maintenance to managers, all have blown off my request. The maintenance team and management do not know how to communicate to each other or anyone in this office for that matter. Najulah has not been of any assistance. Very dismissive and not helpful.
The community is completely filthy. There are clothing in the stairwells that have been there for over a week, coffee cups and boxes that stay there for weeks as well. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE!! I literally called after I toured and spoke to Harley about this concern before applying because there was poop in the leasing door entrance but he assured me there were "two" groundskeepers to assist with that. Turns out they have zero that actually work.
For the community being a year old it is in poor condition. The locks in the mailroom doors are busted, the elevator doors are broken, the gate is always broken. Over 3 times in two months for multiple days has the gate been broken. The elevators break and stay like that for 5 days.
Your packages will be thrown in a room for anyone to steal. They could easily install more lockers but they prefer to let the packages be thrown in the room.
Even from the tour, Chloe was not a good leasing agent. Very bland, unenthusiastic, not happy to be helping me find my new home. I only leased here because of the location. I should not have let that make my decision because clearly I made a bad decision choosing this place.
Don't be fooled with the "good"reviews. They PAY people for that. You win gift cards if you just leave them a good review. How do you think they got 24 false reviews in a day? with money.
If you move here expect lies and no communication. From the ETA of the project to be completed to the sound from side neighbors and their "assurance" that they are "actively" working on your requests. I understand that there are delays in constructions, but in multiple occasions they said that the construction of the new project was to be completed November, clearly that is not the case. It wouldn't even matter if they didn't know a timeline, but they just lie about it. They also said the sounds from neighbors weren't bad when every night I can hear the girl next door on the phone. I hear every word spoken. I know it is communal living so I expect some, but it is quite loud.
I do not recommend. The pipes in the restroom also smell like sewage. Even if I clean my restroom everyday, the smell doesn't go away because it is the internal pipes not my bathroom.
Bad customer service and poor management.

I strongly urge potential renters to think twice before signing a lease here. The management’s lack of accountability and failure to address critical concerns is beyond disappointing.

In less than two months, I’ve experienced so many issues that I regret signing this lease.
From the start, dealing with the leasing office was a nightmare—unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Calls, emails, voicemails, and texts were ignored for days, sometimes even a full week. My lease wasn’t finalized until just days before move-in, leaving me completely uncertain about my unit. The lack of communication and professionalism caused unnecessary stress before I even got my keys.
Move-in day was just as bad. My unit was filthy—grime, dirt, and buildup from the previous tenant everywhere. This wasn’t just a missed cleaning—it was full-on neglect. The apartment was unlivable on day one, and I had to stay elsewhere. I reported the condition immediately, provided photos, and gave management time to fix it while I was out of town. Nothing was done.
Maintenance even falsely marked the work order as "completed." There was hair & dirt in drawers, on walls, and in cabinets. The walls and ceilings look like they could have mold, and the cabinets were so poorly painted that drips are everywhere, making the place look cheap and rushed.
The plumbing is just as bad. My toilet has been broken since the first week. Maintenance barely attempted to fix it, and after being gone for a week, I came back to find it still unusable. A working bathroom is the bare minimum, and yet this hasn’t been resolved.
The elevator is a joke—frequently broken, slow as heck, and completely unreliable. It’s embarrassing how ghetto this is for a place that claims to be “luxury.” After coming back from a trip, I had to drag heavy suitcases up five flights of stairs because the elevator was down again. Other tenants told me this happens all the time. This building just can’t keep its elevator working, and it’s beyond frustrating.
The package system is a complete disaster. In just two months, I’ve lost multiple packages, including parts of my Amazon Fresh orders. The Luxer lockers are useless because residents are forced to share them, which defeats the purpose of a secure system. I’ve had to file multiple refund requests with Amazon, putting my account at risk. Management has zero control over package security, and it’s just another example of how poorly this place is run.
Noise levels are insane. I picked a top-floor unit to avoid noise, but the walls are so thin I can hear everything from the apartments next to me—loud music, TVs, and conversations at all hours. Before signing, I asked about noise complaints and was lied to. To make things worse, there's a constant, loud tapping noise inside the walls at all hours. I have video proof of this happening at different times. How does a “luxury” building have this many construction issues?
Even the appliances are garbage. The dishwasher doesn’t even clean dishes—it just steams them and makes them smell disgusting. The washer is so loud it sounds like it’s about to explode. And the oven? It gives off a horrid, concerning smell when turned on, so I refuse to use it. Everything about this unit screams low quality.
Jefferson Innova has completely failed to provide a livable home. Between the disgusting move-in condition, unreliable building, awful amenities, and horrible management, there is nothing luxury about this place. If I could go back, I would have never signed this lease. If you're thinking about moving here—DON’T. You will regret it.

I'm very surprised there aren't more reviews about this, but if you are noise sensitive at all I would not live here. I dealt with stomping upstairs neighbors basically the entire time of my lease which was extremely frustrating, the walls are thin and I could hear my next-door neighbors alarm or if they were talking. Plus this complex is next to a doggy daycare. The leasing office in my experience tried to be as helpful as they could and Harley was always very sweet about my concerns, but they really couldn't do much because it is probably just poor construction of the apartment.
It was nice location in terms of proximity to the city, but there definitely were issues of people getting their cars stolen/broken into, wasn't very clean, tenants who don't pick up after themselves or their dogs, homeless people roaming etc. My unit itself was fine, but the noise from neighbors made it way less enjoyable which for me was the biggest issue.
I had a good experience with my tour but I would definitely listen to the current or past residents reviews.

I recently went to your Innova and fell in love! The community was beautiful and clean. Units all have a very modern finish. But the best part about the tour was Shaquil, the leasing manager! He was so knowledgeable and friendly! He made my experience feel extremely personable and he has been keeping me consistently updated on availability. I can’t wait to move into my new home at Innova!
