The community looks cleaner and has improved since the new management took over, though there is still a lot to work on this area

My Honest Review After 3 Years Living Here:
I’ve been living in this apartment for 3 years. The first two years were great — management was responsive and maintenance issues were taken care of. I felt safe and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the last year has been a complete disappointment.
• There’s a serious cockroach infestation, and despite reporting it five or six times, no one has come to spray or treat the problem. They don’t even seem to have a pest control company — nothing is being done at all.
• The door to my apartment was broken, and their idea of fixing it was to hammer in a few nails. Now it looks awful and honestly embarrassing when people visit.
• The refrigerator is old and broken, and I’ve asked multiple times for it to be repaired, but no one responds or takes action.
• There is zero maintenance now — they just don’t care.
• There’s a stagnant water area on the property, completely covered in green mold, which attracts huge amounts of mosquitoes. We can’t sit on the balcony or walk outside in the evening because it’s unbearable.
• The grass is never cut, and the whole outdoor area is neglected.
• Worst of all, the building is dark all the time. The lights in the hallways and shared areas are turned off — probably to save electricity — making the place feel unsafe, gloomy, and uncomfortable, especially at night.
This place has gone from decent to dreadful. I absolutely do not recommend moving in here unless serious changes are made.

When I say this place is bomb.com.... Boom!! Creation was so fantastic. She handled everything with a sense of urgency and got me in quickly. I can honestly say coming from a luxury apartment, that Infinity landing is much better. I save over $1,000 a month from my last luxury apartment and I get the same amenities. Run don't walk and get your new place to stay. I would like to shout out the the maintenance personnel. They are highly professional, quick and efficient. It's very rare to find good apartment with good management and I can honestly say they win the award.

I've lived here for almost 4 years now. In those 4 years I've had 3 different Property Management Companies and about 11 different Property Managers. There have been some issues, but for the most it's been decent. But ever since Erika became the PM a few months ago, things have been getting significantly better. She actually listens to the Residents, takes the time to address issues and she is also beyond helpful whenever you reach out to her. It's nice to see this place finally make the changes that need to be made now that we have a PM that demonstrates the candor and care that shows she actually cares about the residents who live here.

Pros:
Centrally located in the metroplex close to DFW Airport and Centreport train station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe.
Good value and affordable rent.
Our apartment is efficiently designed. An 800 square foot unit here has more usable living space than many 1000 sq ft apartments we've looked at elsewhere.
Balconies are spacious and many have relatively nice views.
Parking spaces are (with the exception of the north end) open and visible from residents' windows - also well-designed.
Irving, the new head maintenance man, is an asset to the community. When our a/c unit stopped cooling, he was right on the job and worked tirelessly to fix it, making sure we were comfortable with a window a/c in the meantime and keeping us updated. He always does what says he is going to do when he says he will do it.
New management staff is courteous and actually listen and respond to what you have to say.
Cons:
Lighting remains a serious issue. The lights are all out in some stairwells making for unsafe nighttime entry. The overhead parking lot lights are also out in the northeast corner.
Large areas of the community that used to have lush grass are now just dirt. Not only is this unattractive, but when it rains it becomes mud that washes over the walkways which makes them slippery (if not impassable). This combined with the lack of lighting creates unsafe conditions. My wife took a serious spill a while back slipping on a walkway that we could not tell was covered in mud because of the dark.
One special attribute of the property has always been the pond, but lately it has been neglected, and it has been almost completely covered in algae scum for some time now. There used to be filters running that kept the water clean and natural so that ducks and even blue herons used to drop by, and there was even a small lighted fountain.
There are countless uneven surfaces around the driveways and parking areas which also create unsafe walking conditions. Lips/steps of up to 3 inches exist between concrete slabs. There are also two holes in the driveway over the water mains access. One of them has had an unsightly traffic barricade sitting in it for over a year now to keep cars from driving into it.
The exterior dryer vent cages are not being maintained. Many are broken or have fallen off completely.
Odors (e.g. from neighbors smoking) occasionally make their way into our home especially when running the a/c or heater. Ostensibly there is a no-smoking policy, but residents are probably not even aware of it. Reminders used to be put out over all sorts of community policies but never about this.
Hopefully some of these issues will be addressed in the near future, since a new management company has just taken over and from first impressions is getting off to a good start.
