If I could give this place a -1 I definitely would. Everything the website along with what the manager tells you is a lie. Nothing in this place will be new. I haven’t even been here a full week and I am already depressed coming home. The first until I was moved into ,half of the cabinets were falling off. The “ updated” barn doors they specialize in do not even stay closed. You close it and it just rolls right back because they hired a pervert maintenance man who does a horrible job at fixing anything. After that lovely experience, I was then moved to another unit were the carpet literally had old cat and dog feces where they literally just vacuumed it into the carpet. The carpet is torn and ripped. The so called updated countertops just look like ugly sticky paper that a child stuck on . A lot of the countertops still have old stains on them. If you’re lucky , the unit will come with crappy tile that doesn’t line up on the wall.They have a ton horrible paint job where they have tried to cover up holes from previous tenants.Half the outlets do not work or they will stick out so you will end up shocking yourself. I was told that I would get a brand new washer and dryer set that I would have to pay an additional $60 a month for. Lol 😂 let me tell you. Not only does the set not work but it’s dirty and not even close to brand new. The manager lied and told me that I would get a brand new set delivered. Never happened.The porch light doesn’t even come on outside the unit so you have to run inside your apartment because homeless people have be spotted trying to get in.The management does NOT care about this complex or who they rent it out to. First night I lived here not only did I witness my neighbors doing drugs but I was offered narcotics even after I signed a dinky waiver stating they don’t allow drugs on the complex smh.There has been soooooo many complaints and nothing has been done. Everything has been swept under the rug. I have tried talking to the manager and she is no help. I have tried to get out of this nightmare and was told I had to pay a fee to break the lease and since I didn’t give a 60 day notice (even though I haven’t even been here a whole week) I would need to pay two months rent as well. I beg of you!! Please do not move here!! This place is home sweet hell!! The management should be ashamed of how this place is ran along with how residents are being treated.
