I lived here for about a year and won’t be renewing my lease due to a personal move, but overall, I had a pleasant experience. I originally chose this complex after dealing with a roach-infested unit at my previous apartment, and from day one, the difference in management was noticeable. Colette in the leasing office was fantastic—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the move-in process smooth. Her professionalism definitely made the decision to move here easier. The property itself is well-maintained: lawns are regularly mowed, dog waste stations are emptied consistently, and efforts are made to keep the grounds clean and orderly. Maintenance staff have also been friendly and responsive. Now, a few things I had mixed feelings about: Parking: Covered parking is convenient, but it dominates most of the available spaces. If you have guests or a second vehicle, finding an uncovered spot can be a challenge—especially evenings and weekends. Electricity: The electric bills were significantly higher than at my previous complex, even in a similarly sized unit. I suspect some older, smaller AC units may be to blame. Depending on your plan, this might not be a huge issue, but it’s something to be aware of. Noise: Typical apartment noise for the most part, though upstairs neighbors can be a real issue depending on who’s above you. Highway noise is minimal in units toward the back, but there were a couple of unsettling incidents in the neighboring complex early on, including police and a SWAT presence. The Unit: Some cosmetic flaws—uneven carpet padding, visible flooring gaps—but nothing deal-breaking. Compared to my last place, it was still a huge step up. Despite some drawbacks, this complex has a community feel and seems relatively safe for small families. I’m especially grateful for Colette’s support and would say this is one of the better-managed properties in the area. A little more attention to detail in some areas could make it even better.
