I had an extremely difficult time living in this place. From the beginning, the application process was mishandled by Alyssa, resulting in me not getting the apartment I wanted. Despite that, I still decided to move in due to the location and affordability, although it turned out to be a terrible decision. The condition of the laundry room was always poor, and the leasing office was unhelpful. When I requested propane for the grill, they promised to deliver it by 5 pm, but it never arrived, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I complained about the broken gates, which led to my car being broken into twice, and my neighbors' cars being targeted. I strongly recommend investing in a ring camera to improve security measures. Furthermore, I had a package stolen, and there was a water outage that resulted in no hot water for me and my neighbors for three months. The Walmart brings a lot of unwanted traffic and with the gates being broke all the time u better lock ur doors and keep an eye of your vehicle. It's clear that the place had potential, but it was terribly managed. The WORST PART WAS HAVING YOUR VEHICLE WINDOW BROKEN INTO AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT EVEN SAY SORRY OR HAVE ANY TYPE OF REMORSE FOR YOU, THEY WOULD JUST SEND U A STUPID EMAIL ABOUT THE STUPID VEHICLE POLICY THEY HAVE WHERE U CANT HAVE DAMAGE TO UR CAR OR THE TOW TRUCK WILL COME GET YOUR VEHICLE AT 3AM. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! Positive apt 2806 we kept clean, didn't have roaches or rats or bugs. Carpet floors was nice and thats it. ****Response, as you can read from my review and others and just like their vehicle policy there is no accountability from the Biltmore. Not one time will they just simply say sorry we will try to be better. Our cars were broken into because the GATE was wide open, 24 hrs later vehicle policy gets mass emailed. You ask your residents to uphold to agreements, however this property and the management under it won't do the same. You, future renter have been warned. 🎲🚨🚨
