As a current resident counting down the days until my lease ends, I moved in last summer with high hopes. While the staff has improved, the tenant experience has not. The major positive aspect of my living experience here is that I appreciate the location of the complex and its accessibility to major highways and different regions of town.
Parking: Guest parking is severely limited, often full, and nearby street parking is competitive. Visitors risk citations or towing if parked improperly.
Noise: Late-night pool parties are common—complete with loud music, ring lights, and large crowds. My upstairs neighbors in Unit 1357 are constantly noisy. I've been woken up on multiple occasions at 5:00 am to a whining dog, and furniture being dragged and thrown around all throughout the day.
Cleanliness: Maintenance and cleaning crews try their best, but residents often leave trash behind. I've encountered filthy elevators after parties and there has been dog waste left on carpets and stairwells (this has happened at least 4 times that I've noticed.)
Safety: Security is a concern—entry doors are frequently broken, key fobs unreliable, and unauthorized individuals often gain access. I’ve witnessed domestic disputes between couples on 3 separate occasions (different people each time.) My boyfriend saw a woman trying to run a guy over with his car. I have had to call the police when a homeless person was found sleeping in the gym and witnessed a homeless man wheeling a sofa out of the complex and down the street one morning while walking my dog.
I believe the complex has newer staff so hopefully that, along with major talks with the management company, will improve the living experience for future tenants. I, however, will not be one of them.

I’ve lived at The Archive Apartments for two years. Here’s my honest experience.
Apartment Unit:
The unit featured modern finishes, high ceilings, a large balcony, and generous closet space. The in-unit laundry and open layout were a major plus.
Management & Maintenance:
Lorenzo and the maintenance team were consistently outstanding 10/10. They were prompt, respectful, and always provided advance notice before entering the unit, which contributed to a well-managed living environment.
The management team changed once during my time here. The last property director is responsive and regularly on-site. While I had limited interaction with the leasing team, my overall experience with both past and present staff was professional and courteous.
Amenities & Community:
The property offers solid amenities like a pool, gym, and package lockers. Any issues were generally resolved in a timely manner. The community is mostly quiet, though summer weekends by the pool can get noisy. If you value peace and quiet, consider a unit that doesn’t face the pool area.
Cons & Considerations:
Most of the challenges experienced were due to resident behavior, not poor property management. Trash issues in shared areas and occasional homeless loitering near the entrance areas usually happened because some residents failed to follow building guidelines or left doors ajar. Individuals smoking in stairwells. Car break-ins were rare and typically occurred when the gate was down, which management worked quickly to address. Overall, the team did their part well; community living just requires everyone else to do theirs, too.

I never left negative review on Google but I’m so frustrated and disappointed of the management team at Archive. Always no answer to the phone, late reply or no reply in email. To get my questions answered, I waited for over a week and didn’t even get my questions all answered.
I moved out in April as I traveled outside the country although I still paid the rent for May. My friend helped me return the keys on 05/08 but my lease ended on 05/07 so one day late. For that one day, I got charged at month to month rent rate at $7400/month ($284/day) while my previous rate was just $1262/month. Besides the rent, I got double charged of trash, sewer and water which on the move-out statement saying are expense from 04/06/2025 to 05/08/2025… I already got charged automatically on 05/01/2025 in the residential portal for those expense. I wanted the management team to explain why charge again but they told me it was not double charge as I return the keys one day late.
Can you believe for that one day, I have to pay one day rent at extremely high rent rate, whole month trash, sewer and water although I paid those at the beginning of the month….
The management team is not flexible and not transparent on any of the terms.. I didn’t even know I would get charged that much for one day…. and not responsive at all to emails and calls for the time I lived there.
