I wish ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Infested with roaches and MICE! They made me catch a mouse to prove it! Pipes always busting and toilets' always clogging, and then they will blame your neighbors. They do not fix ANYTHING properly.... we had black mold and they painted over it and it came back. . everything is half a**.....and how about the time another resident ran their car into my SONS wall and they left my apt as it was for a month!!!! I was promised a refund for my electric bill due to it being much higher because of the wall, did I get it.. NOPE. I broke my lease after almost five years, I stayed that long because it was convenient for my kids... Finally got fed up and left and NOW they are saying I was evicted!!! absolutely not! I made several attempts to contact them, sent emails and left voicemails, spoke to the front office. They will find a way to SCREW you.. I always paid my rent on time until March 2025, I left. AVOID THIS PLACE... they charge visitors to park as if it's uptown Dallas everyday...parties in the parking lot.. amenities are never open and if the gym is open, nothing works... but yet they charge for them every month.. and good luck finding a parking spot unless you pay for one specifically... the office staff doesn't consider their residents with any changes being made... The worst place to live!

This place has a lot going on. they keep changing the staff and the new property manager Lysandra Cisneros is the rudest and has the smartest mouth in the world her attitude is really bad and she is not for the tenants. When trying to talk to her she cuts you off. They make you pay for their mistakes that they make. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You can't even reach corporate they never return your calls I could go on and on.

Prospective resident experience: I applied online on a Saturday, & submitted my paystubs, identification & all pertinent information. I gave it till mid morning on the following Monday - no call, no email, no response from the property. So I called and spoke with a rep who sent me links to complete income & ID verification (again) so I did both. A few days passed and I got a call saying I needed to unfreeze my credit profiles (so I did). I went into the office to try & get things moving- and I was told I would receive a call by 3pm that same day. No one called. I call again the next day, & of course I get rerouted by their virtual phone answering system (it rings and rings and then hangs up on you). I sent an email to follow up on my status and that’s when the property manager informs me she declined my application because my credit is still frozen (mind you, I have screenshots of my credit freezes being lifted, as I processed them online & it’s pretty quick- had to do it two summers ago when I got APPROVED FOR A HOUSE). If this is what it’s like applying, can’t imagine what living there must be like. Can’t get a human on the phone? Leasing agents say one thing while you’re in the office in front of them & then do something else when you’re out the door. No thanks! This experience soured my trust in Vidalta Residential & the people they choose to manage their rent roll. I will gladly take my leasing needs to a community that cares for their prospects and residents alike.
