Horrible place to live! Horrible management. Takes them weeks to respond. If at all. Then be careful moving out. They will try and nickel and dime you. My poor father that was on the lease passed away before he even had the chance to move in. I notified the office immediately and even said I would send the death certificate. It was pointless they kept him on the lease. My mom fell and fractured her back on the property. Told the office and again they couldn’t care less. Zero compassion from the staff. So sad because I was a faithful tenant. Always paid rent early or exactly on time. They don’t maintain the grounds. Zero parking. Don’t move here!

I do not recommend living at Amavi Celina. Getting in touch with the leasing team is next to impossible. I've called & tried every extension available, left multiple voicemails, & still had to wait days for a response-if I even get one. I've stopped by the office in person & no one is ever there. I've sent emails and tests and still experienced long delays before hearing back. It honestly feels like they're avoiding call altogether-everything goes to voicemail, and they seem to pick and choose who they bother to call back. To make matters worse, I was double charged for my electric bill, totaling nearly $800. I was told the correction would be reflected on my ledger, but it still hasn't happened. I can't speak with anyone directly and have to send emails just asking someone to please call me. With the amount of rent I pay, I expect far better service. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. And now we have to register visitors vehicles. What a pain! I even called their corporate headquarters and guess what...more phone trees with only the option to leave a voicemail. And I don't need management to reply to this message and say to give them a call to discuss. That's their copy/paste respond. Besides, even if I did call they wouldn't answer.

I loved my tour I had this past week. Monica was everything that I could ask for in a tour guide. She explained everything in detail, from each floor plan. What specials they had to offer, square footage, internet, even how to decorate the floor plan, and etc. She explained everything so well that I wanted to move in today. Even speaking with Iyanla for a short period of time, I loved how welcoming both parties were. They made us feel like we were already home and had a place to stay. They were top 5 but after seeing the houses and meeting the officer members this place has became number one in my books!!! I will be putting in an application closer to my move date. Thank you Monica for all the information and for being very knowledgeable at your job. You really do sale the homes!!

Update: Added some photos of backyard (still work in progress- so much space!) and kitchen/living area with furniture. Been here almost 2 months and still as happy as day one (probably even happier to be honest, the more I add/ have begun enjoying this outdoor space!!)
Original: SOOO happy I chose to move here. From the moment I stepped into the exceptional rental office and was greeted by Iyanla, I had a feeling this was going to be my new home. The four houses I was able to self-tour were absolutely beautiful - they did an excellent job on the finishes and the windows really bring light and joy into the home. Plus, where can you get a backyard of that size in a rental community (and with combined turf and crushed granite)?! The signing process and communication with Alexis was the best I have ever experienced in any rental property! She has excellent communication and responds promptly (and is always so nice and more than willing to answer my abundance of questions).
Since moving in last weekend, they already have hosted a “Chick-fil-a grab and go breakfast”. I can only imagine more fun resident benefits like that to come!
Garages and carports also are available which is an awesome perk (especially for the weather we get up here sometimes!) and all the homes utilize smart technology which is super cool and modern. Forget another set of keys - I can use the touchpad or my PHONE to unlock/lock my door.
They also have a gorgeous pool, lounge area, fully equipped gym, corn hole, huge playground, and lengthy walking trails. Inside my home, the kitchen and primary closet are massive for any 2 bedroom- exceeding all expectations.
I am beyond impressed and so happy I chose Amavi Celina as my new home!

We scheduled a self tour here and it was not a great experience. You have to download a separate app to access the touring unit, and the app continued to crash multiple times in a row when trying to get the front door unlocked to start our tour. This was after hours so there was nobody in the office to let us in. Thankfully after 10 mins of standing around outside trying to get the app to work, we finally were able to access the touring unit. Upon entering, we were a little spooked to hear water running in the unit. They had every single faucet (bath tubs, sinks) in the unit running, and the back sliding door open. There was also a weird smell. Overrall it was very off putting and not what you’d expect for the price.
