I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the leasing staff at The Bridge at Loyola Apartments for their amazing support and dedication. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make my move-in process smooth and stress-free.
Special thanks to Son, whose kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made this experience a blessing. Her diligence and care reminded me that genuine customer service still exists. She answered every question, followed up promptly, and ensured I felt at home even before I received my keys.
The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and everything I hoped for. But what truly makes this place special is the support behind the scenes. Thank you again for making this transition not just easy, but memorable.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a place to live, but a team that genuinely cares.

Bridge at Loyola is FILTHY. Its not uncommon to see a puddle of urine in the only elevator in the building. The smell throughout the building can be so horrendous at times that you will find yourself holding your breath as you rush to your unit. There is trash everywhere, from broken glass in the garage to litter in place of where a fire extinguisher should legally be. Also, be warned that the walls and floors of the unit are extremely thin and peace and quiet will be foregone if you decide to live here. If you have the terrible misfortune of living in a pool-facing apartment, get ready to hear endless shouting from the kids playing in the pool. Management seems blind to all the problems occurring at the complex and proved incapable bringing any resolution during the 2 years I stayed there. I'm very happy we decided to move out of these apartments and I would recommend anyone to stay away and find another place to call home.

Office staff is super nice and have always been helpful and amazing, even with the changes in management. Phyllis has been here since I first signed my lease two years ago and I'm so glad she still remains. I absolutely love her. They are really trying to clean up the property and I appreciate that from them...
HOWEVER...
Allow me to preface this by saying I literally NEVER wanted to live here, it was just a last resort. I have grown in gratitude for having a roof over my head IN SPITE of the NUMEROUS spiders and bugs that keep getting into my apartment due to an imbalance between the weather strip for the door and the threshold. You can clearly see the sunlight coming through but the maintenance man said there was nothing wrong with it. Whatever. Ever since my neighbors who used to yell literally every night for about two to three months moved out I've had an influx of roaches and while I have been able to get it under control, I went from seeing one every other month to one night killing at least 20 in one night. I hate it. I hate roaches, I hate roaches, I HATE ROACHES.
There were also a few shooting incidents here, one of them right outside my window and crime scene was here not too long ago conducting an investigation in the woodsy area right behind my unit. I live here with my four young children and from day one we've always stayed inside due to the kids and fighting. At one point my packages got stolen, but my neighbors were nice enough to catch the boys that stole them and I ended up getting them back. Two of the boys' mom made them come apologize and I severely appreciated that. So there are a lot of people trying around here, it's just the worst is taking over.
When I first got my car, i had to park it in visitors which is the area at the top of the parking lot and I could tell someone had tried to break in. As of recently there have been numerous incidents of break ins for multiple vehicles and especially if your car is in the parking garage. ALLEGEDLY, up to eight vehicles had break-ins in one night on the second level of the garage. Community is not gated so anyone can come in.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND The bridge at Loyola apartments. There are numerous issues that need immediate attention. Firstly, the lack of supervision for children in the area is alarming, and the stairways are often unsanitary, with a persistent odor. Additionally, the prevalence of trash and reports of car break-ins are troubling. Although a ranger is assigned to the complex, their presence is infrequent, and it seems that curfews are not enforced.
Moreover, the mail and laundry rooms are in disarray, and the noise levels from loud music and gatherings outside are disruptive. The situation is further exacerbated by a roach infestation and large dogs roaming freely. Given the high rent, it’s disappointing that the apartments lack essential security measures, such as cameras, and that the ranger's enforcement of rules is insufficient.
And on top of everything, people are double parking and not leaving enough space for other residents. It just adds to the chaos and makes it even harder to find a spot. Something definitely needs to be done about that too
Furthermore, the gym facilities are in poor condition, with broken equipment and cleanliness standards that are not being met. There are no disinfectant wipes available, and the overall maintenance of the gym equipment is lacking. These issues collectively contribute to a frustrating living experience, and I believe it is crucial for management to address these matters promptly.
