Worst living experience I’ve ever had—please avoid this property. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation was handled so poorly that I feel obligated to warn others.
The office staff fined me $25 after finding a bag of garbage in front of their office that contained one piece of my mail, and they immediately assumed it was mine. At the time, my mailbox had been broken for several days, and my mail had been scattered in front of the office area. One piece of it somehow ended up in that trash bag.
I went to the office to explain this and asked them to review the security footage, since there is a camera pointed directly at that area. They refused to check the footage and told me I would need a subpoena for them to look at it themselves. Instead of investigating, they chose to fine me based on an assumption.
This experience showed a complete lack of fairness, accountability, and basic customer service. If you value being treated reasonably and having management that will actually investigate issues before penalizing residents, I suggest looking elsewhere.

If I could go back in time and not move here I would. When I first moved into the apartment there was a rat/mouse in my unit. You would think before someone moved in they would ensure the apartment is clean and bug free. I had to get the apartment professional cleaned and in the shower there was buildup hair left.
The lady (with an accent) in the front office is extremely rude. I try to be as professional and calm but I cannot deal with the unnecessary attitude. They tried to say I was in violation of my lease but wasn’t able to prove that and made a remark as if the maintenance guys are watching me; which of course would be weird considering that I am a female right.
The water, mainly hot, is damn near always out. They say they’re doing repairs but in all honesty they are just putting a small bandaid on a big cut. No way should the boilers always have issues.
The apartment complex is for sure infested and I got that information from an outside professional company that sprays for me.
Overall do NOT live here it’s literally not worth the price.

Not so much, I opted for this place for its good price but i was not aware of the conditions, as I first moved it i noticed several things included roaches and hairs on the carpet (which are not mine) which left me thinking on the commitment of the place on cleaning, also cables not working, on the apartment (had to call the technician who told me the thing was old and had to replace it).
Overall NOT a good experience for a new place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management has reached a new low in incompetence and disregard for basic human needs.
On 30 October 2025, the entire water supply to my unit was cut off with zero prior notice. No email, no text, no flyer on the door. It was only after I called the office that I was informed it was a planned shut-off for maintenance.
Here is the truly inexcusable part: I was in the middle of a critical task (e.g., preparing lunch, getting ready for a work call, needed to use the facilities) and desperately asked the office staff if they could turn the water on for literally five minutes. Their response? A flat, unapologetic "No, we cannot do that."
This is not just poor communication; it is a profound lack of respect and empathy. They prioritized an unscheduled, unannounced maintenance task over allowing a paying tenant a brief window to complete a basic necessity
