A close friend lives here and I had the opportunity to tour the property. It is an amazingly innovative place to live that is unique with friendly staff & comfortable ambiance for families & for single professionals. I highly & wholeheartedly recommend this property. Contact the awesome Cecilia! There are almost too many things to list here! This is a brand new property in the Cypress area. It really is not far from any locale one might want to get to. There are an abundance of parks nearby & many of the upscale, master planned communities nearby have fabulous paths to walk that are open to the larger community & circle lakes & manicured, natural settings. In the complex itself, there are pleasant paths to walk as well. Nature is key here-- nature & a cozy community. What makes this community so special is that unlike all other apartment complexes, this one is actually free-standing homes. Again, they are brand new, so it definitely gives one the feel of buying a new home. Every home has a manicured & maintained garden & backyard with a patio and turf. The fences are all private cedar fences. This is a wonderful and unique concept! It gives a sense of place and community and provides privacy! You are not worried about sharing walls or anything. The community is serene and quiet. Everyone has their own parking space nearby and a free additional spot. There are garages as well, if one chooses to rent one. This is a very pet friendly community and the homes were built with this in mind. There are even these adorable doggy doors in every home! 💕💕💕 Spread throughout the property are dog stations with poop bags and trash cans. It is just perfect. So, that means that everything stays clean and fresh. Additionally, the community is managed by Grey Star-- a phenomenal company to work with and have manage a community. I am familiar with their properties in NYC and my memory of them are fully validated here. My friend highly praises Mr. Jesse and Oscar in maintenance (she did something silly and he came right over immediately and helped her in a jiffy! The knowledge base of them both is just impressive. I was there when it happened) and the most glorious Cecilia in the office who also gave me my tour. If you want to visit or rent, she is definitely the go-to person. The Grey Star staff do an amazing job with community building as well (as always). There are movie nights, dog of the months with prizes, community gatherings like clubs (work out or pitch your own) and food events. This is really important being in a suburb area when one may not know anyone and as well in building a sense of place and camaraderie. It is an invitation that many take up. It is lovely. Inside, the homes are spacious, modern and airy. Quartz (I think) countertops, all new appliances, and so much natural light! They are designed really well. Wood floors and very high ceilings with ceiling fans in all the rooms make it a respite. Truly, a blessing for anyone... I love this place! I may need to move! Lol There is valet trash, but unlike other places you also have built in Internet with TV packages, the home is a smart home and it comes with Ring pre-installed and connected. Every aspect of living here has been cared for in detail. The gym is really nice, airy and spacious. Because the community is smaller, there is never a crowd. Again, the abundance of light is so nice. Their gym also has a technology app for all the machines. Everything here is cutting edge tech. The pool is a great place and size for laps or to lounge. I saw someone out there sunbathing. For families, it is a great school district and nearby schools are highly ranked. It would be quite hard to get into these without purchasing a home or renting one of these lovely homes (from what I see from driving around). The schools are nearby as well as many choices for groceries, restaurants and that huge outlet on 290. It is a great location with major highways minutes away (but far enough so there is no sound). I completely recommend!
