I toured this property with my friend on January 31st, and was impressed with the amenities, views and the unit of interest. Before leaving, I indicated that I would like to move forward with applying. Brianna obtained my email address and phone number, and stated that she would send the application link. After a couple of hours, having not received it, I called the office and spoke with a manager, who stated she would send the link in 5 minutes. It never came. I sent an email, and there was no response from anyone. Any time I am considering a property, like most, I go to the reviews. Most of the reviews were largely regarding lack of/poor communication from the staff. Admittedly, I disregarded that a bit, because at times, that is usually an individual perception. However, the red flag is that there are multiple reviews on this, and sadly, as a prospective tenant, I’ve now experienced the exact same treatment. Fortunately, I found a wonderful new construction private rental in the beautiful Bridgeland community, and was able to view, submit and be approved for the house within the hour. There was wonderful communication and zero excuses. You all lost out on a great tenant, all due to your failure to follow up, for whatever reason you have. Please treat the next person better. *******UPDATED REVIEW 2/11/25********* Unbelievable! The response from the community team calling me a liar is incredible. When I called back to confirm that the link had not been sent, the person (whoever it was manager or not - the person who responded clearly remembered who I was as they confirmed I was on site that day, so reviewers know I was there with my friend), and was on speaker when she clearly stated “Brianna” because I didn’t know the name and told her so. So don’t respond that she wasn’t there for many months, when that’s what we were told her name was, just to save face in these poor reviews. Now that I see how the community staff lies, I am beyond ecstatic I chose somewhere else to live! Believe the reviews future tenants, and move accordingly! I’ve downgraded this to one star due to them calling me a liar and will follow up with executive management as that was not appreciated.
