As a New renter, I will give my first impression. From the first I actually applied to the time I actually signed the lease, the staff in the office we very, very helpful. Especially Jay. Even after I signed the lease and was still working on paperwork, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I didn't understand some technical stuff and they were more than helpful on helping me figure things out. So far, even after that, they have been very friendly and accommodating. I have only had my keys for a little over a week so if anything changes I will update

The response is a lie. the apartment that was shown to me was not the one give to me. I didn't see this apartment until after I signed for the one yall said I would get. I can prove that in email. and I was never given the option to end the lease only switch to another crummy apartment for MORE money because you all only had 4 renovated styles that yall were showing everyone and had on the website. THIS IS PREDATORY. I have all the emails. Absolutely everything I have here has been brought up to you, there are receipt numbers for them. I have that in emails too. attempting to contact you before going to small claims court has also been attempted but yall decided to return the mail. I have the postal receipts for that too.
Yall also sent a bunch of men into my apartment for an inspection, saying it was routine when no one else who has moved out around me had that. If it were routine, my apartment wouldn't have been the in crummy condition it was moving in. it was an attempt to INTIMIDATE.
Edit again: They want to walk through your apartment at random times like you're a teenager lodged in a dorm. It's weird. I've never lived in an apartment that has ever done that. Also, This complex nickel and dime you for every little thing. things that should just be apart of the rent and fines over the most non consequential things.
Edit: this washing machine keeps breaking down and the refuse to replace it. they come reset it and in a couple cycles breaks again.
Second time the lights have come out of the ceiling and hit me. Avoid this place! I'm so tired. it really is something wrong every week. today the giant kitchen light ceiling and hit me.
Not great especially for the price. The 800 something price from the apartment locator is not real. For the tiniest of 1 bedroom apartments, everything will come out to a little over 1k/month. There is some bait and switch, make sure they aren't just showing you a model apartment or being posed as the one you'll get. they'll also wait until the last minute to let you see the one you will be getting.
List of issues:
-the patio window doesn't lock
-the blinds can't be let up or down
-some of the blinds are also broken
-the bathroom is so gross
-they painted of the bathtub and it's perpetually gritty no matter
what product I use to clean it
-ALSO, because the bath tub is painted over, and paint is porous, once dirt gets in it, it isn't coming out and I just know that's an athletes foot waiting to happen, no telling how many times its been painted over either
-and because it's painted, the curtain magnets won't stick to it
-fire extinguisher is empty
-very worn and painted over overall
-some outlets don't work
-the AT&T outlet has something jammed in it and is not plug and play, you'll probably have to schedule a visit from them if that is your provider
-peephole painted over
-there is large (glue, caulk, fungus?) outside my door
-when I asked for the owner info, I was given the manager info instead (however, I did say never mind to this)
-lots of spiders in the windows and fire place
-Amazon Fresh doesn't deliver here (that's not their fault but you should know/also other store DO deliver here)
-Lots of planes and trains through here, just fyi. I don't hate those sounds but some might
-toilets take 3-4 time to flush everything down, and you have to hold the handle forever, for each time.
-they refused to do pest control for some reason
- the washer dryer is like one of those small amazon ones
-A lot more, I just can't think of everything. more I stay here, the more is revealed wrong with this place
-the grills they have posted are not the grills you'll get
-the maintenance guy left my door unlocked
-the walls seem like they are made of tissue, I used a stud finder and it was still mush to the touch and nails would hardly stay
-mirror looks awful
-counter glued down lopsided
-glue stuck everywhere
-Loud neighbors, people hanging ropes in trees, knocking side mirrors off car, driving slowly next to people at night, leave the gates open on purpose, not a good community
-dishwasher floods

As you are aware, I have informed you multiple times via email regarding the issue with the exit and entrance gates. However, your team has consistently ignored my emails on this matter. This is why I am highlighting the issue publicly.
I am once again requesting that you fix the exit gate of our apartment. Every alternate week, either the exit or entrance gate stops working. This allows unauthorized access, as people misuse the situation by attempting to enter through the exit gate, which is extremely dangerous for everyone.
I also request that you fix the security cameras and identify those responsible for damaging the gates. Your management team’s careless attitude towards this matter is concerning. I will attach some pictures as proof.
Safety should be the top priority for our neighbors and community. Please resolve this issue permanently, rather than providing a temporary fix for a week or a month.

I love living here! The staff is super friendly, the closets and the storage spaces are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. I’m close enough for my commute to Houston for work and just a short drive to get on the beltway or I-45! Close to Baybrook mall and close to all my favorite places to eat! On top of that my floor plan is so nice! I love the natural light! No complaints
