I wanted to leave a review after officially becoming a resident however I have toured this property several times from April until June in addition to speaking with multiple permanent and temporary leasing consultants in person and via phone.
PROPERTY
The property itself is very modern and thoughtfully designed. The Sevens has several layouts with affordable options to suit the needs of most incomes from single occupants to medium family sizes. The amenities give resort vibes and residents have the option to entertain their guests by booking one of the two (west & east) club houses. The court yards and front property elevation have beautiful landscaping that overlook resident patios on the ground floor. The fitness center and picnic areas are very cozy and the coffee bar adds a personalized touch conveniently next to the private workspaces. Outside of the amenities there are several bike and walking trails in this neighborhood with numerous dining options. The only disadvantage to the property is the apartment itself can be difficult to locate (almost like you are in a maze) if occupying an interior facing unit towards the pool or court yards. It’s much easier to navigate from the parking garage than the ground floor. Overall, I rate the property a 10/10.
STAFF
My initial tour was manually scheduled by the assistant manager Ethan after I randomly stopped by on the evening of April 21st. Ethan was very welcoming and upon the first interaction I felt embraced and seen. He informed me of current specials and he encouraged me to apply as soon as possible to take advantage of the new resident special (6 weeks off if moved in before April 30th and 4 weeks off by May 31st). Ethan did inquire about my income but not in an imposing way. His line of questioning was more so to determine if I would qualify for any of their essential housing options, and which layout would best suit my financial needs. He also spoke highly of the other staff members, specifically Ana who toured me the next day on April 22nd at 2 PM.
Ana was very informative and soft spoken. She showed me two layouts and the property amenities. Concluding the tour she gave me a community map with current availability and prices of my desired layout. I inquired about a specific unit that showed availability for immediate move in online, however, I was highly disappointed to learn no applicants would be accepted for move in until the end of June. My inquiry about the specific unit went unaddressed and the special Ethan advised me of less than 24 hours prior was no longer available. That caused me to question if I wanted to move forward with the application because my lease was scheduled to end at the beginning of May. At the time I questioned the integrity of advertising move in specials without attempting to honor any of them, however I do understand rates and specials are subject to change.
A week later I applied online and returned several more times in attempt to find the best layout for my needs. Throughout this time different new resident specials continued to be displayed on the website for May and June. I did not receive any follow up emails or phone calls regarding the advertised specials, and I also did not ask based on the information I was told at my initial tour with Ana.
My final tour I met with Ethan again and he was just as welcoming as our first encounter. He informed me Ana was completing a tour, and he advised me of the current specials for the month of June. He inquired about my finances and recommended a unit that was within my budget, and he walked me over to the unit right away. Ethan is very attentive, articulate and he seems to be a team player. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour to fit the needs of my family and I, which made me feel valued as a potential resident.
My most recent visit to the property was July 8th. I spoke with Jay in person, and he was able to give me a detailed update, and he was very courteous. I am excited about the possibility of making The Sevens my new home.

My experience at the apartment tour
I made an appointment to see the apartment complex at 4:00 pm. I arrived at 4:05 p.m., five minutes late, but I was greeted immediately by a young guy who indicated that he would be with me shortly.
Once in his office, he asked me what type of apartment I was looking for; I answered that it was a 1/1. He then asked me for my annual salary, which I told him. From that point on, the conversation, which I expected to be about the various apartment options and eligibility requirements, changed tone. The agent pointed out that he could not give me much information because my move-in date was still some time away. In addition, his attitude became unfriendly and his treatment left much to be desired in terms of customer service.
Finally, he agreed to show me the apartment. The tour of the amenities and apartment lasted about five minutes, during which there was almost no interaction; he walked several meters in front of me, as if he was doing the tour out of obligation. Upon entering the apartment, he turned on all the lights, came out, and simply asked me, “Well, what do you think?”
We returned to his office, where he handed me back my ID and re-emphasized "remember to check your salary".
While it is well known that promotions may vary each month, at no time did he give me detailed information about monthly fees, water cost (meter or allocated) or other relevant aspects of the complex.
I had never before experienced or felt what other people report about discrimination, but in this apartment complex I had that feeling, and it was not just a perception, but a concrete and unpleasant experience.

My husband and I are so happy to share our amazing experience at Seven. Our appointment with Anna was absolutely wonderful.
Anna, who is beautiful inside and out, was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Every time we approached her, she remained calm, professional, and truly welcoming.
She is an exceptionally hard worker who handles pressure with grace. Personally, I believe she deserves a medal for the outstanding job she does.
Thank you, Anna, for all your support with our housing application process. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us.

Listen to the reviews and don’t bother wasting your time looking at these apartments. The worst interaction with a leasing agent we have ever had. Arrived on time for the tour and weren’t greeting by any of the staff but watched as the leasing agent sat on his phone in the office. Ethan then came out brought us into his office and immediately asked our salary and which layouts we wanted to see. He didn’t bother to ask why we’re moving or what we’re looking for, he just seemingly wanted to get us out of his office as soon as possible so he could get back to his phone. The tour lasted 20 minutes and Ethan only talked for 2 minutes total, only bothering to point things out as he kept walking ahead of us. Couldn’t bother to ask a single question about us, only cared about our salary so he could calculate what his commission would be if we leased. Don’t see how anyone could want to move here after the horrendous service they provide.
Very obvious that the only nice reviews about Ethan and the service here are written by his own family and friends because everyone else has the same poor experience with the man. Willow Bridge and The Sevens are doing themselves a disservice by continuing to employ someone who is actively deterring people away from the property. No reason someone this rude, unfriendly, and entitled should be working in customer service or property management. The poor reviews of this guy go back for months, so it’s not just a bad week or a bad day, it’s just his character to treat people poorly.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sevens Apartments. Once I made the payment, communication completely stopped, and Hannah was consistently rude whenever I called to check on the status of my application. During our initial tour, we were told the approval process would take 2–3 weeks. Our intended move-in date was May 20th, and the tour guide assured us that an apartment would be available by then.
However, just two days after I paid a $300 deposit, the move-in date was suddenly pushed to June 2nd which didn’t align with the end of our existing lease. I attempted to follow up multiple times, and each time I was asked to submit pay stubs, despite having already uploaded them through the application portal. I was asked to do this five separate times, which felt incredibly disorganized and unfair.
We were treated poorly, and I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. A woman who claimed to be the new receptionist tried to follow up on June 9th, which only highlighted the level of unprofessionalism. She promised a refund, but to this day, I haven’t received anything.
I genuinely wish I could give this place a zero-star review. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Thankfully, I ended up moving into Domain at Midtown Park just down the road — a fantastic place with great service.
