The manager Shawn is the best she really made me feel welcomed when I came in to to get an issue straight about my apartment. I came in before to talk to the young lady Vicky and she was supposed to handle the situation for me it was almost a month and nothing got done so I decided to go the the office and talk to Shawn she got right on it and my situation got fixed she is the best . She cares about your concerns and issues and she gets the jib done that's the kind of property manager we need over here I will be referring my family members co-workers and anyone I associate with to come here only because of her and the way she handle things over here.

I have been here for about 4 months. Living here is not bad I just rather not resign again. Shawn is a great manager she goes above and beyond for the needs that we have. Vicky on the other hand I do not like to speak to her she only like her kind and she tried to give us a lease violation a day after we turned in our esa letters bc supposedly animals was using the bathroom in the halls meanwhile I have a whole camera in front of my door if she wanted to check to see if it was me and my wife. One thing that's getting annoying here is that the gym and pool is supposed to be open until 10pm every night it's always closed at 8pm. I like doing late workouts when I come home but I never can because it's always closed. Other than that it's affordable. Also maintenance is on point. I like Leo and the Hispanic guy the older guy pisses me off bc he stay watching MFS

In my first year we had a terrible roach problem which was only remedied by the mice. I have several pictures of mice up to 8 at one time in my kitchen we had property destroyed by the mice, comic books clothing everything was riddled with mouse feces my apartment smelled of mouse pee all the time. When I ran out of traps the office manager had the audacity to tell me I had to purchase more on my own as it was not in my lease for the apartment to provide more than 3. I asked for her to show me where that wan in my lease. After waiting at least 45 minutes with no other gues In the office she came out and told me that she could not find the verbiage. Particularly when I moved out I found a dead mouse under my couch. One should not have to move furniture daily to ensure there are no dead rodents. The rent consistently went up despite not having access to amenities and the rodent issues. I had a whole in my wall beyond my reach where mice burrowed in. We had to call the city several times just to ensure that the holes were closed. Every day I got up I had to clean my shower of mouse feces. I reported issues with my dish washer and refrigerator (which literally froze eggs and gallons of milk in the refrigerator not the freezer) had issues they never got fixed to the day I moved out although the maintenance team came out to look at it on at least 3 different occasions. We had constant water issues including several days where I would have no hot water at all for days in a row. On numerous occasions i had to go to shower at my girlfriends apartment. This is not withstanding the mold issues in the vents. Ownership changed at least 3 times in my stent living there and I had to repay a pet deposit that I had paid before due to the turn over and poor record keeping. It was an absolute disaster . Upon my time leaving they still wanted to walk the apartment and charge me for damage to the apartment. I dealt with leaks that took months to resolve which ended in them having to drill into the concrete in my ceiling, this after I had to personally empty buckets of water every day for months, never mind the hand full of times I fell in the process due to the slick floors. This was my worst living experience ever.
