I absolutely love living in these apartments! One of the things I appreciate the most is how safe it feels — it truly gives me peace of mind. The maintenance team is one of the best I’ve ever experienced — they are quick, professional, and always get the job done right. The office staff is also very efficient and helpful every time I need something. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here!

Review for Ole – Maintenance Team
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Ole from the maintenance team. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Every time we’ve needed help, he has responded quickly and made sure the issue was fully resolved. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it really makes a difference in the quality of life at the apartment. Thank you, Ole, for your hard work and dedication!

****Please read**** The Landing at Centreport is the worst experience I have had with any apartment complex. Things to keep in mind:
1. This apartment is in a rough area. My jeep was broken into twice (busted out window). The gates are always broken. I had to rent 2 garages ($250/month) for 2 cars to ensure it didn’t happen again.
2. Panhandlers break into the fitness room every week and sleep there overnight.
3. Centreport invites tow companies to tow away all visitor vehicles. They come every night around 2-3am looking for vehicles to tow. It’s very difficult to add visitors to your vehicle portal. $300+ bill to retrieve your vehicle if towed.
4. When you move-in/move-out there is NO WALK-THOUGH to go over damages from previous tenants. They charge you outrageous cleaning fees to ensure you do not receive your deposit back (claimed that I stained the countertop (which was already there), and charged me $1,000.
5. Trash pick-up service charge is mandatory, but if it’s put out too early, you will be charged an additional penalty EVERY TIME.
6. Lots of POT smokers. It didn’t bother me too much, but if you have children, it’s something to keep in mind.
7. Amanda Bishop. Worst management I have ever dealt with. No accountability, does not care about any of your needs or concerns. You are on your own.
8. 90 day move out notice. No matter your lease contract, you must give a 90 day notice. If you are in a bind at the end of your lease, you cannot extend it for 30 days….has to be 3 months.

I have been living on the property since December 2024. I've enjoyed my time so far. I haven't had to put in many maintenance requests but when I have, I have always had Ole and he has been awesome. When I moved in, I had a lot of connectivity issues with the keyless entry. I put in a couple of requests because we always thought it was finally fixed and it wasn't. Eventually, Ole went ahead and replaced it and I haven't had any issues. He and the other maintenance team members are always super friendly and speak every time I'm out walking.
The only thing that I think that people should be aware of is that the property has a virtual office. What that means is that we have been advised by the property manager that the office itself is only for future residences and all requests that we have either have to be submitted in the portal or through a text messaging system. I can imagine that this isn't something that a lot of residents or future residents would be okay with or are use to because it isn't something that is very common. I've been in the DFW since 2018 and I haven't lived at a property that conducts things in this way despite the other properties also being considered smart technology properties. Keep that in mind as it will be an adjustment and I think its something that anyone who is considering moving here should know.
