Complete and utter disappointment. Management personnel rotate every few weeks so you never know who you are actually going to need to build rapport with, or who you should discuss things with. When moving out, we decided to be nice and give a heads up that we had bought a house. AND we asked for quotes on how much longer we could stay past our move out date. We asked them not to sell the room until we decided over the weekend. They completely ignored this agreement and leased our apartment, forcing us to move three times !! And we were told they had zero demand for 1BRs! yet they leased out our BR with zero view?
We had college kids blasting music Friday/Saturdays at 12 AM and were only verbally reassured they would stop. The music never stops. They fine you for not perfectly folding your boxes. They fine you for charging e-vehicles more than a few hours. Our breaker box needed fixing.
All of this for the most expensive rates in Dallas?

Worst part about this place is the other tenants. When they are loud blasting rap music i mind my own business but god forbid turning on a meditation frequency or its the end of the world with noise complaints. Not to mention I was assaulted by a tenants trainer at the gym and they still let the tenant and trainer who assaulted me still come to the gym even though they said he would be banned. Also you cant go on the 9th floor viewing room past 11pm even if you’re just silently admiring the view or you will get complaints and yelled at like a child. The pool is literally packed every weekend with people who dont even live here who also take all the street parking. Parking is also a nightmare. 9 times out of 10 you will not get parking for your guest. The coffee lab also a rip off, charges $8 for a 8oz coffee (no bigger sizes available. Paying over 2200 a month for a little one bedroom with all these pretentious snobs is not worth it. Will not be renewing my lease.

Actually came in to do a training class with the staff.
I was able to stay a night in the guest suite while I finished up my work.
I got to meet the entire staff and we'll say I absolutely am impressed with all of them.
The maintenance lady Annette is going to be a big asset to the property.
I was able to see everything from the bottom of the basement to the rooftop during my training class.
The building seems to have good security and a lot of amenities that I don't see in some of the other apartments in the area.
It's along the Katy trail and walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and cafes.

We have lived at The Katy for three years now - even while construction was finishing and we love it! The manager, Becca Wheeler, is very responsive to our needs - always friendly even under these crazy times. She has handled all of our requests in the most professional manner. The entire management team and the maintenance team are very responsive and make living at the Katy a true "luxury" experience. Also the Concierge team adds to the making of The Katy as a great place to live.

I have dear friends that live at The Katy and I was always Impressed with the lovely units and common spaces. When I was displaced from my home because of a water leak I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. My lease was very complicated because of all of the moving parts with the insurance company involved however, Becca Wheeler went up and beyond to make sure I was always taken care of! Her professionalism and commitment to her tenants is admirable. She is responsible, trustworthy, and a wonderful role model for her team. This happy work place is apparent and appreciated as all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Five star all the way***** with a super shout out to Becca!
