Lived here for a month and I would never recommend anyone this apartment.
1. After we moved out for one month to CA, they charged me 600+ for the damage which does not appear. The only real damage is caused when repairing the ceiling leakage! Really, do I need to pay for it?
2. My keys to the front door is not ready. After I moved in for one month I just received it.
3. The dogs are pooping everywhere. I don't understand for some residents, how hard is it to pick the dirty up after your dog?
4. Be careful for the cockroach! For many days I wake up finding there is a HUGE cockroach in the kitchen sink. Image that!

I moved in to this property a few days prior to Cushman Wakefield taking ownership (March 2024). I have had issues receiving any and all needed resident information since. No information provided at move in including the check list for damage, basic community information, or even instructions on how to use items in my apartment. I had to chase down a parking sticker for my car - took them a week to provide. It took being locked out of the complex twice at late hours due to my fob not working for them to finally give me the code to the door to get in my building. They have even refused to let me get an extra fob to give to my mother for emergencies when my dog was dying and needed special care. I have twice asked for any information given to residents at move in, still none provided. I have one of the units with an induction stovetop. Not even entirely sure how to use it and it doesn't even bring my water to a boil. The paint on cabinets that get the most wear and tear is peeling off. There is an issue with dirty neighbors and their trash and picking up waste. I do not blame the complex for that, that is the disrespectful residents. Because of them we have lost our recycling which I loved. The fetch package delivery service can be annoying when you are needing your packages quickly. The area and the building itself is very nice when residents do not trash it. Cops are here quite frequently. While the complex is mostly safe there are still a lot of issues with car break-ins, muggings, etc. I do not have the roach issue, but I do have a huge issue with ants on the 3rd floor. Lastly, the most frustrating and recent issue was with my dog. When I originally moved in, I provided an ESA letter which was accepted just fine and no issue of it was mentioned to me. Then, when I renewed my lease this May 2025, I was asked to set up my pet screening profile. That was fine, I uploaded all the information needed. Then they told me I was non compliant because my letter was over a year old. Well yeah, that was when I moved in so that was when it was provided. It is not my fault they did not have their program running correctly at that time. So because of it being "too old" I was literally harassed non stop to get a new letter or be charged for my pet. When I tried to explain that I was getting them the letter and I just needed time due to no appointments being available immediately, Lauren pretty much told me not their problem and to contact the screening company. Well, the screening company told me they had no problem waiting for the letter and I need to work with my management company as they would be the ones applying the charges. I once again spoke with management who again tried to put it on the screening company. Even after I pointed out it was them trying to charge me for something I had already provided in the past and it was not my fault they were now trying to implement the screening program correctly. There was absolutely no compassion and no understanding. This complex literally has done nothing since I have moved in to care about my experience living here. I am quiet, pay my rent on time, have no visitors, and am very responsible with my dog and they couldn't even try to work with any of my situations when I had something arise. I can say the maintenance here is very friendly, quick, and efficient. Maybe they should be the ones running this place instead of the office that lacks any form of customer service.

Melvin the maintenance staff is absolutely fantastic. He always shows up in a timely manner and is super friendly and respectful.
Office staff: no complaints, everyone is helpful though communication could be better.
Amenities: recycling schute in the building was shut down because some tenant just cannot recycle correctly. Trash room is always a mess but can't really blame the staff. Other amenities like the pool or gym are fine.
Location: super convenient but also relatively quiet. 9/10, taking one point off for being next to a landfill.
Neighbors: generally aren't loud and mostly friendly.
